Experience luxurious bespoke accommodation on the idyllic Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. Tulka House accommodates 14 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms, including ‘The Loft’ - featuring an open plan living with a king bed, grand kitchen, queen sofa all with spectacular views.

Tulka House is designed to immerse you in nature. The sea, the sand, the serenity. There are trails to walk, 4WD tracks to explore, beaches to swim and then unwind with the very best that Tulka House has to offer.

The space
Situated over 2 sprawling blocks with uninterrupted ocean views, Tulka House is a true homestead retreat inside and out. Equipped with multiple bedrooms sleeping up to 14, living areas, entertainer’s kitchen and stunning alfresco area, the fully landscaped gardens come with its own Bocce court to help pass the time – as the sun sets on your relaxing days. Tulka magically overlooks Proper Bay with stunning views across to the Lincoln National Park.

Family weekend away

Staying at Tulka Homestead was great. It is often difficult to find suitable places that can accommodate multiple adult groups but Tulka was perfect. It is a beautiful home with a great view over the ocean.

Relaxed stay

We (a group of 5 friends) had a great relaxed stay at Tulka House. The location is beautiful, the home is well appointed and beautifully finished. Close to Pt Lincoln for meals out and shopping, but far enough away for the quiet and serenity of a seaside getaway. Will definitely book again if we are over that way.

Tulka Retreat

Absolutely stunning property

Tulka is a spectacular unique property at a stunning location. Mark and Jane were wonderful hosts who communicated generously with me before and during our stay. Nothing was too big an ask. I would highly recommend anyone to stay or host an event there.

Tulka House

Amazing Property. The attention to detail is amazing, all the pamperings of a modern hotel but it doesn’t feel like a hotel at all. This is the perfect match of builders, gardeners and interior designers all working together to deliver an experience you will never forget.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for five days with two other couples and children and had a wonderful time. The property is truly luxurious, beautifully presented and with plenty of room. Fire pits outside and a pizza oven for entertaining. Located well, it is a short drive to some amazing parks and beaches. Ten minutes to the shops in Port Lincoln and only 40 minutes to Coffin Bay. A beautiful place that will stay in your memories. Highly recommended.

Unforgettable and luxurious experience

We felt at home right from the first moment we entered. The house was comfortably and thoughtfully appointed, set in beautiful and serene Tulka right on the water’s edge. You could just sit there with a book and dream the days away never tiring of the view, but alas so much to do! The house was spotless, and the facilities provided worked seamlessly. Mark and Jane clearly put in every effort to ensure guests have a memorable stay.
