3rd-floor penthouse deluxe 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a/c and ceiling fans in all rooms. Situated on a beautiful beach with 24/7 security, a pool with a swim-up bar and a kid's pool, also a private beach-facing outdoor eating area with BBQ. The condo will sleep 4 adults on 2 queen beds and 2 children on the sofa or 2 single air mattresses we have available.
Orilla Del Mar is a first-class, secure family-oriented QUIET complex oasis that is a quick drive to the hustle and bustle of downtown Cabarete where you can enjoy the many Cabarete restaurants where you can literally have dinner with your toes in the sand and a mojito in your hand!
In addition to all the usual beach activities, Cabarete is the mecca for kiteboarding and windsurfing with rentals and lessons available near the beach entrance. It is about a 5-minute drive to the world-renowned surfing beach, Encuentro.
