It offers a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. Don’t feel like cooking? A 5-minute walk will take you to our favorite local spot, Martini’s. A short 20-minute walk will have you in the bustling heart of Cabarete. Kite right off the beach in front of your place or lounge by the pool - it's all up to you!

Apartment V-1 is a ground floor unit, offering unparalleled access to the spectacular grounds and beachfront. No need to lug your suitcases up a few flights of stairs here! The grounds have a beautiful infinity-edge pool and ample chaise chairs. Should you be renting a car, there are complimentary parking spots steps from your door.

You can wander 2-5 minutes by the beach to several local restaurants, like Martini’s and Goddess Beach Club, or head into the bustling restaurant row of Cabarete Bay, just 20 minutes by foot along the beach. If you prefer not to walk, the security at the front gate will be more than willing to locate a taxi for you. In the car, it is about 2 minutes driving to the center of town. The local grocery store is approximately 10 minutes walking or 2 minutes driving. They will also deliver to your door!

MASTER SUITE:
The master suite is fully equipped with a luxurious, plush king bed with luxury hotel linens and duvets. Wake up with the morning light coming through the two garden-view windows, or sleep in with the floor to ceiling blackout curtains. Charge your devices by the bed with the easily-accessible surge protector.

Rainy day? Catch up on your favorite Netflix shows with the 55-inch smart TV.

GUEST SUITE:
The guest suite features a queen bed with plush memory-foam toppers and luxury hotel bedding and a nightstand with an easily-accessible surge protector. This suite also is equipped with a 43-inch smart TV, floor-to-ceiling blackout curtains and sheers.

The guest suite is equipped with a full-sized bathroom, including a luxurious rainshower, bath amenities and quartz vanity.
