The space was comfortable and warm. We spent the days hiking so coming home to guaranteed warmth was nice. We don't really eat out so past hiking in the NPS and state parks was really what the location was about. Perfectly located for driving into New River Gorge area daily.

The kitchen amenities were great. The best I have encountered as compared to other VRBO rentals. The host offered souvenir water bottles which was very thoughtful. Made available a number of local guidebooks and information. Great location just outside of Fayetteville.

We enjoyed our stay in Fayetteville. The house is decorated nicely, and the kitchen is well-stocked. As an owner of an EV, I especially appreciated having access to a charger on the property. There are several great restaurants in town and the house is convenient to visit New River Gorge National Park.

Great house in an excellent location!

This house was perfect for our family of five. It was clean and everything functioned well. The neighborhood was quiet and extremely accessible to all Fayetteville has to offer. I will recommend this house to other family looking to visit the national park. Thanks for a great stay!

This house was awesome! We've rented places all over the world and this one was probably the most well appointed. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen has everything you would need. And the extra touches like good coffee pods and popcorn were icing on the cake! Seating, lighting and electric sockets were a plenty. The beds were great and the whole house smelled so clean. I wish we had stayed longer. Loved it!

We loved the location of the property and how close to town we were but still had some peace and quiet when there. The backyard fire pit was perfect for our group! The property had everything we could have wanted. Check in was easy and seamless.

Cozy house near the gorge

Wonderful stay. The house really did feel cozy and just like home. Loved all the personal touches including the popcorn! House is very close to the canyon rim visitor center which was nice. Highly recommend.

Great Family Base

Property was well accommodated and the owner had left many thoughtful additions to make us feel more welcome. House has character and was very comfortable for our stay. Location is good with easy drive into Fayetteville.

Nice, modern home. The view you see is from the back of the house. Close to most trails and downtown Fayetteville. The only negative was the coffee machine was not working. We like to have our coffee and relax for a bit before we head out, so we had to make due.
