Guests have complete and exclusive access to the house, patio, pool.

PROPERTY DETAILS
We have secure garage parking for two cars, driveway parking for one and extra road side parking as needed. The garage remote is mounted on the wall in the garage allowing you quick and easy access for your vehicles. The house access code will be sent to you prior to your visit.

AIR-CONDITIONING
The entire house is fully air-conditioned.

Entry is via the front door to the left hand side of the driveway.

The house is clean, modern and very tastefully decorated throughout.

The kitchen has an cook top, microwave, oven, fridge, pots, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery.

This 4 bedroom home has:
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed (& Ensuite) UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed - UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed - UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 4: 2 x Single Beds - UPSTAIRS

There is an internal staircase from downstairs to upstairs.

Both the upstairs lounge room and downstairs media room, have smart TV's allowing you to watch all free to air channels, or view your own streaming service.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

We have a lap pool that is available for you to use during your visit. The hours of use for the pool are 9.00 am - 9.00 pm.

A polite reminder that this is NOT, a party, function or event space. If you want that, we would politely suggest you book elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as those of all of our neighbours.

We are not a pet property, so apologies we cannot take bookings that include your pet/s.

Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.

The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.
