Secure undercover parking. Close to Gabba, PA and Qld Tennis Centre. Full aircon and ceiling fans - every room. 2 car lockup garage. Beautiful reno polished floors, tongue & groove walls and ornate ceilings. Large fully enclosed yard with bbq and outdoor set. Full stainless steel gourmet kitchen. The property is located in the hub of the Annerley shopping area. Its located within walking distance to cafes and Woolworths shopping centre. Annerley is a city fringe suburb located by car 6 minutes to the gabba, 10 minutes to city centre, 9 minutes to southbank , 6 minutes to QLD Tennis Centre, 30 minute walk to Uni of Qld or 20 minute walk to PA Hospital. 10 minute uber ride will get you into the city and most Brisbane city spots. Bus stop is also 5 minute walk . This property comes with late check out and early check in.
