Wyndham Vacation Resorts Great Smokies Lodge vacation rentals

We stayed here for my daughter's volleyball tournament. It was wonderful...perfectly clean and nice and the room was everything promised. The water park was a fun thing for the kids in the evening after volleyball. The reason for my bad review on check in process is that the only thing that annoyed me was that they tried so hard to book me to view their timeshares when I was checking in. I had a long trip to get there and the sales lady would not stop trying to book me for a 90 minute time share sales pitch. I didn't want a timeshare just booked this on VRBO. That was exhausting .

This was great property. Clean and close to Indoor waterpark from back door. They should add more pictures of property. Also instructions is also not great. They need to provide more clear direction.

This was by far the best Family trip we’ve ever had. As a family we have agreed that we must come back at least once a year. We loved everything about our stay. Looking forward to next year.
