If you're looking for an amazing work vacation this newly renovated completely

custom home is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful Boise, ID! This is a

spacious three bedroom two bath, 1 acre in a very safe sought after

neighborhood in SW Boise. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 43 TV

w/soundbar, a wall mounted fireplace, and a beautiful master bathroom. The two

other bedrooms have queen beds, 43 TV's w/soundbars, and shared bathroom. Each

room can include a humidifier. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are

one big open space with large windows that reach to the ceiling and a fully

functional kitchen with all amenities you would need including an air fryer,

Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, and a blender to make your morning energy

smoothies. The living room has a big screen TV w/soundbar, a fireplace, and

recessed lights throughout the house. The washer & dryer are in garage but the

garage is not for use.



Walk right out the slider door to a large beautiful 16' X 40' deck with all

the amenities such as, an 8' X 8' - 5 person hot tub, a propane fire pit with

a water feature, a large grill, a table that seats 6, a 3 person swing, 2 zero

gravity lounge chairs, and a wood fire pit to relax and enjoy the beautiful

quiet view. This is a very special tranquil location that sits in the city

with a very rural feel. Its a wonderful place to be for the winter to cozy up

next to the fireplace with warm fuzzy blankets watching the snow fall and

wildlife through the big windows. Its almost always sunny here! The house is

very modern.



The deck, grill, & hot tub are for your private use. The washer and dryer in

the garage can also be used. There is an on-site manager who stays next to the

garage and is available to assist with any questions or concerns during your

stay.



Boise has incredible winter activities, from skiing/snowboarding to snow

shoeing to snowmobiling. The Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only 47 minutes away

with Tamarack Ski Resorts being just over 2 hours away, and Brundage Mountain

Resort Idaho Ski Resort being 2 1/2 hours away. This location has a large

amount local parks including wildlife reserves. You are only a few minutes

drive to grocery stores, restaurants, a 21 screen movie theater, and

activities.
