The host was super responsive and helpful. The home was very clean and well cared for and had all of the amenities necessary for our stay and for preparing meals. I definitely recommend this property!

Property was great and in a great area. Walking trail nearby and grocery stores very close as well. Very nice house with fantastic pillows, beds and towels. Only negative was a 10:00 a.m. checkout on a Sunday. With kids it was tough to get everyone moving and out on time.

There were 8 of us for a family reunion and the house was perfect. Nice seating areas both in and outside. The hot tub was on and ready when we arrived! There was plenty of coffee there and the kitchen had incidentals stocked (salt and pepper etc) We walked along the river walk which was close by. Washer and dryer were great. It was a great house we all agreed! Thanks!

OMG - This place was amazing. The house was ready when we arrived, everything was so light and open and there were spaces for us all. The kitchen was well labeled and coffee was provided (that wasn't under the house amenities and it should be!!!!!). The wifi worked great, the TV is HUGE, and the location can't be beat. We were in town for a family reunion and we were close to everything - family, downtown, the airport, and the trail system. If you need a place to stay in Boise (without being downtown) this is the place. The host also answered their phone quickly when we struggled with the door code (the issue was on the VRBO side and not the host). They were able to remotely unlock the door for us, verified we could get in and out once the door was reset, and were very approachable. The welcome binder had everything you could want - about the house, the area, places to eat, things to do, etc. I felt like I was a guest of an event...not just a visitor to the house. Couple of other things - if you are traveling with a group and have a lot of food...there is a second fridge in the garage (we didn't need it - but it was a great option). The hot tub was clean and ready for us, and the yard was well taken care of - so when we sat outside under the string of lights it felt like an oasis just for us! If I could give the house 100 stars I would have!!!!!

This is a beautiful neighborhood with walking trails around the river, and green belt access as well as fishing ponds. It has beautiful trees and landscapes all year round to enjoy. It is close to shopping, but tucked away giving a very peaceful feeling. It isn’t far from downtown Boise, shopping, restaurants and much more.

Enjoying the fresh air while you star gaze in the hot tub or sit around a cozy fire. With plenty of amenities and space for friends.
