The Space

Set within the serene Nicklaus North community, this lakeside condo offers a quiet winter retreat just minutes from Whistler Village. Large windows bring in natural light and frame views of the lake and surrounding mountains, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxing, working at the dedicated workspace, or simply enjoying the winter scenery. Heating throughout the condo and the glow of the fireplace keep the space warm and comfortable during colder days.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed for up to four guests, the layout provides both comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features a king-split bed that can be arranged as one king or two twin beds, along with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and overhead shower. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and sits near a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. This setup works well for families, couples, or friends sharing a snowy Whistler escape.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, whether it’s a warm breakfast before heading to the slopes or a simple dinner after a day outdoors. The space flows into a dining area for four, with the breakfast bar offering an additional relaxed spot to enjoy coffee or conversation.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. • Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

• The Nicklaus North Clubhouse and Table Nineteen Restaurant, including the patio, are located on the ground floor of the building and may occasionally host private events. Please note that private events are permitted until midnight. Table Nineteen Restaurant is open until 9:00 pm daily
