Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to four guests, the layout offers both comfort and flexibility. The primary bedroom includes a king-split bed that can be arranged as one king or two twin beds, along with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds and sits near a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. This arrangement works well for families, couples, or friends enjoying a winter escape.

The full kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at your own pace, whether you're fueling up before a day of skiing or settling in for a relaxed evening at home. Stay connected with wifi and a dedicated workspace, or unwind with entertainment on the TV. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. The building offers an elevator, and luggage dropoff is allowed for added convenience with early arrivals or late departures. Long term stays are welcome.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighbourhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. In summer, residents enjoy easy access to golf, Lost Lake trails, and the Valley Trail network. In winter, the neighbourhood transforms into a serene base for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
• The Nicklaus North Clubhouse and Table Nineteen Restaurant, including the patio, are located on the ground floor of the building and may occasionally host private events. Please note that private events are permitted until midnight. Table Nineteen Restaurant is open until 9:00 pm daily
