Dotted with a number of pleasant reserves and parks, take a stroll along Willoughby Creek and get a view of the nearby Willoughby Falls. Great Unit, Poorly Maintained Property

The unit itself is great. Well appointed, modern, clean, with a great aspect. The entry to the building, lift area, stairs and gardens are littered with old furniture, leaves, and it’s dirty. Well below the standard expected of a property of this calibre.I would not recommend this property because of the poor maintenance of the grounds.I’m happy to share photos to support these criticisms.
