Cozy log cabin walking distance from the ski hill and bike trails. The valley also provides great hikes, water falls, ATV trails, fishing and the best skiing the province has to offer.

HIGHLIGHTS:
- Ski Wentworth (hikes, ski, bike trials and out door seasonal patio/ beer garden).
- Hiking (horse pastures brook falls - 4 mins., Annandale falls - 8 mins)
- Tatamagouche brewery ( 20 mins)
- Remember adventures: equipment rentals (20 min)
- Fishing ( Wallace river, Mattatall Lake, Wentworth lake, Folly Lake) 15-20 min.

THE SPACE:
Loft style cabin with open living area for entertainment including full kitchen, wood stove and tv.

No party policy, there are out door cameras on the property as it is a small quiet community where we cannot accommodate parties of any kind and ask that guests please respect our surrounding neighbours

Was a quick get away for my wife and I. Perfectly described spot. We were able to unplug and just relax. Fall leaves were out in the valley and it was nice and quiet. Property is cabin with a loft, hot tub with plenty of space to relax. Would be perfect for skiing as the proximity to Wentworth ski hill is fantastic. Will look at booking during this winter as well. It has a newer feeling to the property and is well maintained and clean.Communication was great. Any questions we had were answered within minutes and the whole process was painless.

Hot tub was lovely and very clean. Girls found it warmer on the second night of the stay. But they would have enjoyed it all evening if they hadn’t had homework - lol.Kitchen was lovely and had everything that was needed for food prep and cooking.

Great Location

The property was clean and had everything we needed. My daughter was running an ultra marathon trail race while we were there and the comfortable beds were a big plus.The accommodations met/exceeded our expectations

The Perfect getaway

We chose this quiet and cozy location for our honeymoon week. It was perfect, the open concept of the living room and kitchen was so convenient. Loved the hot tub and quiet.

Nice quiet location for a beautiful family vacation

This place was so nice and private. Had everything we needed and more. Washer was not work8ng for us which made a week long stay a bit difficult but we managed. The house is well insulated so it held the heat on the very hot days. I would suggest having a portable A/C unit if possible for summer. The fan just blew the hit air around. A great stay otherwise and we would definitely come back.

Ants and TV issues

Our stay was wonderful. However, someone left an open bag of sugar in cupboard and there was definitely an ant problem. Also Tv was incredibly hard to use, we wanted to shoot it. Suggest to owner to do something different.

Weekend stay

The inside of cabin had some beautiful features , bathrooms were nice. Bedding was mediocre , no extra pillows . The bed itself upstairs was quite comfy . The stairs were steep and difficult for seniors. Coffee table was wobbly . The tv had an imprint of 14 lights ( burnt into screen ) so watching any tv was difficult .Apple tv allowed us to watch YouTube stations only and some news channels , movies cost money . In our opinion, the outside premise of cabin needs some TLC . Some weed trimming , cleanup , hot tub cover was a mess and difficult to remove so only slid back half way however water inside tub appeared clear . Was not very inviting and wood left on top Of cover was heavy to remove . Lights outside around roof trim by Hottub did not work . For the price I would expect maintainence to be more evident . We did however enjoy the beautiful area of wentworth The host was easy to communicate with and answered any concerns we had . VRBO however cancelled our Reservation 1 day before arriving claiming we had not paid when in fact was paid in full at time of booking . Because of this discrepancy we received no further info from VRBO re arrival / departure / key code / wifi password / etc etc thankfully this was provided by host Davis who answered our email inquiries respectively and promptly . All in all the cabin was unique inside and relatively comfy .
