Newly build 2 bedroom, luxury apartment a few steps from beach.

Luxury and a great location! Quick two-minute walk to the beach and only 7 minutes to the town square. Spacious king-bedroom condo with a second, smaller full-size bedroom, and a queen size sofa bed. Price base for 2 guests. Extra person per night $30 USD without tax. The private garden patio lets in the breeze for both the great room and master bedroom; the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and meals. This is one of our larger ground-floor apartments; spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. New king bed with 500 thread count sheets. The living room has a sofa bed. A well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV. Linens supplied. Washer and dryer in the unit.

Enjoy the stunning view of both the ocean and the lush mangrove from the rooftop patio. Relax in the flowing waters of the infinite pool. Lounge chairs and tables next to the pool are available to the building residents. The central Abbey del Sol office is three blocks away with friendly English-speaking staff to help you with anything you need.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was not only beautiful, but fully furnished with things I never would have thought to be included. For example, the beach chairs, beach mat, sand toys, reusable market bags... the list goes on. It was also a great location with only a few minute walk to town, to several restaurants, stores, church and even less of a walk to the beach! Staff was super friendly and just a text away! It truly was a great experience!

Great Location, newly built

We had an amazing time. Everything was impeccable, organized and comfortable. The condo is in fact newly built, and a few blocks away from the beautiful public beach, as well as roughly a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre. We cooked for almost every meal, and found that the kitchen was stocked and included everything imaginable to cook, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

The pick-up, check-in, unit instructions, amenities, and local recommendations deserve five stars. We appreciated the ample supply of water, the bicycles, resources for the beach and pool, and the security at the condo. Our only issue was the noise throughout the building. Noise travels quickly, and if you are to stay here, we highly recommend earplugs and white noise machines.

Reviewer Comments: The 2 of us had a fabulous stay at Casa Daniela.We were there for 10 days and could have easily stayed longer.The property was as described.Kitchen tools ,toiletries,amenities including flashlights,umbrellas beach bags,towels beach chairs and mat were provided. No beach umbrella for reference.All was new and spotless.we had a courtesy cleaning once during our 10 day stay.coffee replenished when asked.Slight problem with Wi-Fi quickly addressed and with a very nice visit from a friendly employee.The location is on a quiet,almost dead end. Ending at the mangroves.Very close walk to beach and town.The town is fun with many fun and good restaurants.Part of the Main Street is closed to car traffic at night and becomes a lively pedestrian way.Abbey del sol was super to work with.Providing a slightly later checkout and helping with transportation.Would highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were among the first guests to stay in Casa Daniela, the newest of the Abbey del Sol properties, and we were delighted with the condo. The location is fabulous, on a quiet, dead end street just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from the restaurants on Niños Heroes and Javier Rojo Gómez. The condo is spacious, private, and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and cookware. The water pressure is excellent, and the on-demand water heater means you can take long, luxurious showers. Having a combo washer dryer in the unit is a big plus. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop pool. The Abbey del Sol staff members are friendly and responsive. We arranged round trip transportation with their reasonably priced Ride Mexico service. This was our second stay in one of their vacation rentals, and we hope to become regular guests. Their attention to detail, high standards, and beautifully maintained properties are exactly where we want to stay where we visit Puerto Morelos.

Affordable Luxury

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Do you know how sometimes you do a lot of research to pick the perfect rental in the perfect town. If you are reading this, you can stop! This is the greatest gem of a rental in one of the very sweetest places we have ever been. We like to snorkel and relax on the beach, and this house is PERFECT for that. The unit was very comfortable and had many layers of security. This property is close to everything great about Puerto Morales. Three blocks to the beach, 0.4 miles to the supermarket, and a ton of really great restaurants within steps. You will honestly have a hard time selecting. Tanino’s ended up being our favorite. The only thing we would change is not reading closely enough about the scammers at the airport. We were offered a discounted snorkeling tour, and got roped into a 4 hour sales pitch. Do not stop to get advice from anyone at the airport, go directly to your casa with Abbey Del Sol. They were very responsive to questions before hand and while we were there. Communicating via the What’s App app was really helpful. I would definitely travel to Puerto Morales again, and I would absolutely stay here. I hope you fall in love with this town and the sweetest people that live here.

This year, our 14 night stay in Casa Daniela was the best yet! The condo is very well located, close to the beach and the town square, yet far enough so noise wasn’t a problem. It’s modern, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could ask for. As always, the staff were always quick to respond to any questions we had and always so friendly and welcoming. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful new apartment with all the amenities, gorgeous decor and great location. Using many of the amenities (washer/dryer, stove) was impossible without google and google translate. As in the past, Abbey needs to provide instructions specific to rental unit, not just a generic book of information. Safe was never delivered and since security was visible only 50% of the time, we brought our $ and passports with us. Beds were soft and my husband spent the last 3 nights of our stay on the couch. Generally Abbey provides everything you need plus extras like coffee, beach chairs and towels, bikes, shampoo, conditioner etc. The unit was stunning, rooftop pool and views wonderful and needed because unit has only a concrete wall for a view. Overall we were pleased with Casa Daniella and would recommend
