Welcome to Anna Maria Island Club! This unique property is truly one of a kind. Enjoy expansive views of the beach from the Master bedroom, living room area and of course the open air balcony. One of the areas only condos with a beach side pool and hot tub, this property also has undercover parking and an elevator.

This unit is beautifully furnished with nautical, tropical and sea life touches throughout.
The living room has comfortable seating with two chairs and a well cushioned, sleeper sofa. The dining room has seating for six. There is also a workstation for those vacationers who are on a working vacation. The living room and each bedroom have their own smart TV's for everyone's viewing pleasure. The master bedroom has lovely views of the beach and a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has twins.

The kitchen is very open and has all the amenities you will need to cook your favorite meals or just to entertain friends and family.

Anna Maria Island Club is centrally located on the Island and is inbetween Manatee Ave and Cortez Road. There are eateries within walking distance or you can hop on the free trolley and go north or south to explore other areas of our small 7.5 mile island.

Where ever you go or what ever you choose to do, Anna Maria Island Club is your home away from home! Come see what Island life is all about!

White sand experience.

Property was really nice! Clean, great location and million dollar view! Would definitely stay here again. The only concern was that we could not lock the sliding glass door in the master bedroom. Being a second story condo; it was not an emergent situation, but should be addressed.

GREAT SUNSETS

The unit was great and as expected. We hope to stay there again. The property manager was not good. It took two days to get the right key to access a stairwell and the people who we initially contacted had no idea what we were talking about. The TV in the primary bedroom died and we were told that was going to be resolved and never was by the manager - it was resolved by owners who stopped by to deliver some stools. After we were contacted by the managing group that the owners were going to stopped by we were informed when checking on the TV, that the manager was unable to contact us. We will use VRBO in the future but not Vascaa if they are the host.

The view and location are fantastic. The beach is prefect. The unit is somewhat dated. For $4000 a week, they need burn their current bed spreads, They are old, stained and musty. The pots and pans are cheap and terrible. There is also too much randomness in the unit -fake old dusty plants. Get rid of the 1980s beach decor and lighten it up. Overall a nice place, but for that price there are better options

The Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our week on Anna Maria, especially with this cozy beach condo to call home! The condo is decorated to perfection, with a fully stocked kitchen! We made a few meals at home- best enjoyed on the patio with impeccable views of the ocean!! The condo was easily accessible, and we loved both the private pool and beach access! What a way to start each day, with a walk on the pristine beach right outside our door! We can’t say enough about the space Mary and Nick have created for their guests- and a quick flip through their guest books shows everyone agrees!!! Thank you for the perfect week, we hope to visit again someday soon!!!

The location and the condo were Wonderful! Very clean rooms and gorgeous views. Getting inside was a bit tough because I had driven all day and didn’t realize that I had received an email with specific directions : The office isn’t located at the condo, so you drive to the office to get your keys to everything which are kept in a combination lock box. Would’ve been great to get that message a day early. Also, keys to poolside restrooms do not work. I never got the door unlocked with the key. But the experience as a whole was Fabulous!!

Very nice!

This condo had a beautiful view, it was very clean and had a nice location. When you’re just arriving, getting checked in is a little bit of a problem, but we very much enjoyed our stay once everything was straightened out.

Great location!

The view is perfect, close to restaurants and a free bus to take you around. Beach is excellent and water really nice. Checkin was a little annoying, but Vacasa staff was just great, friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is the beds were a little beaten up and the rental and all the service fees from Vacasa and Vrbo I thought was pretty excessive for off season., basically what a 5 star resort would charge. The bldg was mostly empty, so I will not rent at this location again due to the excessive costs.

Beautiful property, horrible experience

The check-in process was horrible. They were completely unprepared and failed to provide all of the keys we needed for access. Our vacation was interrupted because the owner of the property insisted on showing it (for sale) while we had it rented. There was construction noise from the unit above that was so loud it shook the walls that started every day at 9am. We were harassed by the on-site residents even though we had a parking pass issued through the property manager. The unit was nice and the view was incredible, but we will never recommend this to anyone. This was, by far, our worst VRBO experience.

The family had a blast!

Overall: A great place to get away and enjoy the Gulf! As an FYI, stayed mid-June. The Good: Well stocked condo with everything you need. A fully stocked kitchen, towels (including beach towels), and even a closet full of beach stuff! The condo is located right on the beach with easy access, secure parking, and a wonderful pool. The beach was not crowded at all in front of the condo and we were able to leave our umbrella and chairs in place while we walked back to eat lunch! Others staying (some owners and some guests) were all very nice and the place is very kid friendly. Improvements: The WiFi is very weak and SLOW. The dryer was broke when we arrived and we called to report it but all they did was send someone to get the make/model of the dryer with no follow up. The floors needed a scrub down. Our kids feet and knees were black with dirt after crawling around for a few minutes. There is a mop so we fixed this pretty quickly but we expected a cleaned condo.

Beautiful beach!

Had a very relaxing, much needed vacation! Condo was well stocked and clean upon arrival. Enjoyed pool and hot tub area when we weren’t at the beach. Things that would make for a better stay: 1. Better WiFi. System in condo is weak at best. We had to buy our own router in order to be able to work/ do zoom calls etc 2. Need better beach chairs. Existing ones are old, small and not very good quality. 3. Need better communication re initial entry into condo building & condo itself. Having only one key fob for pool area was frustrating for a family of 4. This whole thing should be streamlined by getting rid of keys/fobs and replacing with ONE code for access to building, condo & pool.

As pretty as the pictures

My daughter and 4 year old grandson stayed for 8 days. Clean and well equipped condo. Felt safe walking anywhere near condo. We used Island Eats for dinner delivery to take advantage of the view. The beach is perfect even when a hurricane passed on the other side of gulf there were some waves and we could boogie board and shoreline is shallow for grandson. Pool was warm and clean, but preferred beach. We rented a wagon from Fun and More, which carried everything to beach. There's beach toys, chairs, ice chest and plenty of beach and bathing towels. Great place!

This condo is delightful.

We loved the condo and it’s location. It had been repainted since the last time we were there. The unit was clean but it needed a good dusting in some areas and the corners of the rooms needs swept. We prefer a local property manager that would have alerted us about beach remediation. And staff that could be knowledgeable to explain the big black pipe running along the beach. The remediation did not impact our stay. But a manager that was in the know would have been helpful. . It is a delightful condo.

Great location

This condo is located in close proximity to Publix, CVS, Walgrens, Trolly, restaurants and gas station. It's not on a public beach which is nice because of Covid and more privacy. The public beaches were crowded. If I had to do a public beach I'd pick Coquinq. This condo has a nice sz pool and a hot tub. It was quiet and relaxing. The condo had most all the beach supplies you need except a wagon to haul. Having a washer and dryer was a plus for us. It was like being at home. No wet dirty piles of clothes to haul back home. The condo is very spacious. The view from the living room, bedroom and balcony are amazing. It is secure with key pad and key fob entrance. I highly recommend this condo. We had a great relaxing week! Ty!

Beautiful Beach View!

My husband , myself and two daughters stayed at this property and absolutely enjoyed ourselves! The accommodations were great. Lots of space for the four of us and basically all of the comforts of home. The view was spectacular and was so wonderful to either sit on the beach or watch the sunsets from our patio balcony. Great size pool that never was crowded while we were there. My favorite part was having my coffee on the patio every morning and seeing that amazing view of the ocean. The only reason that I did give it 4 stars was that when we arrived we were supposed to pick up our keys at the property managers office. Our keys to get into the building and our parking permit were not left in the lockbox. Fortunately, we had the code to get into our unit and some kind person let us in the actual building. It took a while to get our keys, parking permit and pool key. So the check -in process was not exactly smooth but once we had the keys everything else was great! Will definitely come back!!!!

Love it ...BUT

Loved the property, a lot of hassle for only having one key to enter property. We had to always stay together or no one could get in. Men’s key to enter bathroom by pool didn’t work. Only one key fob a real aggravation if someone wanted to get in the pool area they needed the fob . If another person came later they had coordinate and make sure they could get of the person at the pool to either get up and meet them to let them into the pool area OR if the wanted to get into the unit the pool person had to go into the garage area to let into the unit area to use the elevator. I would love to rent there again but would not unless there were two fobs.

Paradise

Loved the Island, and the Anna Maria Club condo was extremely close to the water and the pool area was very nice. Motor on the hot tub was loud and very annoying. The condo was very adequate. There are things that need attending to, but lodging was good.

Girls' beach trip.

Great condo! Beautifully decorated, very clean. Gorgeous beach! White sand, turquoise water. Absolutely wonderful! The only issue was we were not able to lock the master bedroom sliding door to the balcony. As it was a second floor condo, we didn't feel it was an emergent situation, but should be addressed. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, million dollar views, pool and beach.
