Beautiful 3 bedrooms/2 baths condo is in the highly sought out Bradenton Beach Club community. It has quality finishes including wood cabinets, solid granite surfaces, stainless steel appliances and quality tile in the living and bathroom areas. So well-appointed with comfortable furniture, fishing dock, gazebo on the bay side and 2 heated pools (one directly on the beach), easy private access to the beach, and located near shopping, trolley, and restaurants. Bradenton Beach Club welcomes you to relax, relax, relax.

The fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare a quick snack for the family or a romantic dinner for two, which you can enjoy either in the dining room, or on the large screened balcony. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and private ensuite. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with separate bathroom. The third bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed (no closet). There's a washer and dryer in the condo and free WiFi for guest use. The Bradenton Beach Club is a unique complex that runs from Beach to Bay. It has a deeded beach access directly across the street with lounge chairs available for use and there's a bayside boardwalk that takes you out to a covered pavilion with open bay views. Either option is great for manatee and dolphin watching. There's also a heated pool and spa ready for your enjoyment. The location is ideal on the island as it is a short distance to trolley stop and Bridge Street with many shops and local restaurants.
