Best stay ever!

I can not say enough good things about the property. Beautiful big house, open concept. Large pool with lots of sitting room plus an incredible location walking distance to the beach and shops. The hosts were incredible with super fast responses! Best place to stay!

This was a fabulous stay. It was clean close to the beach and walkable to so much. The manager was very responsive and the house felt like a home for my family and I. We would stay again.

Was a friend get away myself, hubby, best friend and her husband. House was very nice! Very clean! Pool was great bonus! Neighborhood was nice quiet!! Plenty of space!! Great floor plan!! Two king rooms which was perfect!! Plus extra…..will rent again for sure!!

Family stay

Rented this house to accommodate our son, daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren while they were visiting from out-of-state. The house was spacious, well located, and provided a great base for their visit. The kids enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball tables too.Communication with the management company was excellent and they reached out several times to make sure everything was going well during our stay. We had one small issue with the ice-dispenser in the refrigerator, which was no big deal to us, but they came out and fixed it for us the same day I reported it. Very impressive and greatly appreciated.Overall, this is a great place to stay and we appreciated the level of care and attention paid by the property manager.

Excellent location in Cocoa Isles

This house was spacious and equipped with everything our family needed. The small parks nearby and the ping pong table along with close proximity to the beach made for a fun time for all. This neighborhood was just right.

We got there 3 days after Hurricane Milton and other that having to clean up the pool and patio a little bit had a great time!! A 5 minute walk to the beach, a two minute walk to the local tavern and a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Highly recommend this property. 2nd VRBO we've gotten and couldn't be happier!!

Wonderful Vacation

The house location, pool, and amenities were wonderful. Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids loved our week here and would love to return. Having the pool right outside was amazingly convenient, and we loved the ping-pong table, foosball table, and the assortment of pool/beach things in the garage. Having a garage fridge for beverages was great!

Attentive Host

A comfortable home with an attentive host that brought in a functioning microwave as the existing one was broken. We had a nice annual family vacation.

Perfect!

This house was perfect for our week away! There was more than enough space for our group of 7. The pool and patio area was the best place to be every day. Saw several launches right from the pool area during our stay. Beach is within walking distance. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The house had just about everything we could have needed and then some. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home!

The house and pool were very nice - we had an issue with a clogged drain, but the property manager took care of it right away so we were happy. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, fun games and nice setup in every room. The door from the pool to bathroom is genius and the garage fridge was great for drinks. The only complaint we had was the lack of plastic plates/cups for by the pool (makes the no glass by the pool rule hard). Other than that, we had a great time - very close to the ocean, restaurants and bars. Quiet area with friendly neighbors. Nothing to do with the house, but beware of no-see-ums (biting midges) - we got attacked our first night had more bites than we could count. The locals said they're really bad this time of year and almost every shop sells some kind of spray to keep them away. We found that the Botanical Off worked the best to keep them at bay. Thank you for having us!

Maison parfaite pour une grosse famille

Nous étions 3 familles avec de jeunes enfants et la maison était parfaite plusieurs chambres et salle de bain. Grande cuisine et salon. La maison fourni beaucoup de choses pour la plage ex. Parasol , chaises et jeux pour enfants. L'endroit est situé à 5 min de marche de la plage.

First Family Vacation

We had such a great time at this home! The beach is a 10 minute walk or just a short drive, the pool is gorgeous! If there is one thing I would change it would be for a heated pool; everything else was perfect!!!!
