I can not say enough good things about the property. Beautiful big house, open concept. Large pool with lots of sitting room plus an incredible location walking distance to the beach and shops. The hosts were incredible with super fast responses! Best place to stay!

We got there 3 days after Hurricane Milton and other that having to clean up the pool and patio a little bit had a great time!! A 5 minute walk to the beach, a two minute walk to the local tavern and a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Highly recommend this property. 2nd VRBO we've gotten and couldn't be happier!!

We had such a great time at this home! The beach is a 10 minute walk or just a short drive, the pool is gorgeous! If there is one thing I would change it would be for a heated pool; everything else was perfect!!!!

The house location, pool, and amenities were wonderful. Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids loved our week here and would love to return. Having the pool right outside was amazingly convenient, and we loved the ping-pong table, foosball table, and the assortment of pool/beach things in the garage. Having a garage fridge for beverages was great!

This house was perfect for our week away! There was more than enough space for our group of 7. The pool and patio area was the best place to be every day. Saw several launches right from the pool area during our stay. Beach is within walking distance. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The house had just about everything we could have needed and then some. Would highly recommend this property.

The house was perfect! There were 8 in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was icing on top. We were in the pool every second we were not at the softball fields. Property managers were very responsive and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Great neighborhood, quick drive or walk to the beach. Awesome restaurants around. Will definitely book with again when we come back to Cocoa Beach.
