Welcome to this spacious and luxurious 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation home, designed to accommodate large families or groups. Nestled in the heart of Solterra Resort, this haven boasts modern amenities and stylish decor, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.

In addition to all these amenities, our vacation home offers a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living areas, and multiple well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor space is a true paradise, featuring a private pool, a comfortable patio area, and a BBQ space – perfect for relaxation and entertaining. Plus, for added fun and excitement, we've created an awesome Mario Kart game room.

Interested in checking in early or having a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool/ hot tub heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a $50 fee to use the grill. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.


For your convenience, we provide a starter set of toiletries to kickstart your stay. However, any additional items should be purchased at your discretion.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay.

Our vacation home is located within the prestigious Solterra Resort, known for its exceptional amenities and prime location. Guests can enjoy access to the resort's clubhouse and facilities for a one-time fee. Reservations with 12 guests or fewer will incur a fee of $35, while reservations with 13 or more guests will be charged $45.

To make a reservation, guests must be at least 21 years of age.

Amazing stay

Beautiful home. Easy to extend check out. Kids and adults had so much fun in the game room. I have stayed 2 other times in this community and this house was the best by far.

We were all so impressed with the property when we arrived. It was so spacious and clean. The neighborhood was nice, as was the pool and lazy river. Would definitely return!

Nice house

House was as nice as described. It was new, spacious and well decorated. Cute game room and nice pool table upstairs.Management did address small issues that arose. Sometimes a few phone calls/emails were needed for it to be taken care of.

Great place for our family of 11

We had a great experience at this rental. We had 3 couples who each had a king bed and en-suite bathroom, one teen who had his home queen room and bathroom, and 4 kids who split the two kid themed rooms and shared a bathroom. It worked out perfect! There was plenty of space in the living room and kitchen areas and spacious patio by the pool. The only few cons were that the outdoor garbage bench bin was not placed on the property but were quickly advised to place our bags out front since it was the communities responsibility to provide the bench bin. The pool sticks had two of the three missing the tips, but we didn’t end up finding enough time to really play during our stay. Lastly, the pool/hot tub surface was also very rough causing sores on our feet/hands and random scrapes…it did not deter our kids though, but I would recommend water shoes. Overall, we had a great experience!

So bad. Safety concerns. We left early. Awful.

So many issues. The door code was wrong when we first got there which was resolved through a phone call. Little did we know this was the first of so many issues. The house was listed to have a pool fence. It does not. It actually has door and window alarms. Every time you opened a door an alarm would blare. There is no way to turn these off. In theory this is a safety feature, but the pool fence is better and does not wake up your baby or the neighborhood everytine you want to open the door. Speaking of the pool, it was 101 degrees and completely unusable. Obviously a major safety concern. The grill didn’t work. There was nowhere to put our trash, but fines connected to leaving trash behind. It was so bad we ended up leaving early and booking a new rental on our own dime. The place wouldn’t even give us a refund for the features we couldn’t access. So bad. Truly not work it. Even Vrbo said we were majorly inconvenienced, but still didn’t get our money back.

The pool area of this property is enclosed by a screened fence, providing protection against external elements like foliage and pests. As an additional safety measure, all doors and windows leading to the pool are equipped with alarms that sound when opened. These alarms can be easily deactivated using the clearly labeled bypass buttons. Regarding the grill, our team personally confirmed its functionality, and we even possess video evidence demonstrating its proper operation. We did encounter a brief issue with the door code, which was swiftly resolved within a matter of three minutes. Our team members receive explicit instructions to set the pool temperature within the range of 90-94°F, while the hot tub is typically maintained between 100-104°F. It is possible that there was some confusion when you read the heating system, leading to a misinterpretation of the pool temperature. All of the amenities were available to you and working correctly regardless, our team made genuine efforts to assist you, although we understand that you may have declined the offered solutions. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address these matters. Your satisfaction and comfort are of utmost importance to us.
