Located in the exclusive Solterra Resort, you'll have free access to amenities such as the water slide pool, cabanas, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, poolside café, playground, and recreational area. The house can accommodate up to 16 people, and everything is sparkling!

• How far is the Disney World Complex?
It is located 25min driving distance from the home.
• Can I use the water park for free?
Yes, the water park is included with the reservation, you can use all the amenities and the pools.
• Is there parking for RV's?
Unfortunately there is not parking allowed for RV's at this community
• Is there parking Restrictions?
You have 4 parking spots available. There is a towing company operating at this community. Please follow the parking rules and prevent any violation.
• How does the Jacuzzi work?
Is not a Jacuzzi, the Spa shares the water with the pool, pool heating is optional and the temperature of the Spa would be the same as the pool and warm water will only depend on the weather factor.

• POOL HEATING: It is optional. To guarantee an optimal temperature we must turn it on in advance one day before, there is a fee of $ 30 / day + taxes for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please let us know if you would like to request this service.The pool pump operates from 8 AM to 8 PM.

• GRILL: It is optional, you must request in advance, it includes a full propane tank and professional cleaning after your check out for only $65. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this feature to your stay.
