Relax your cares away in this lovely one bedroom, fourth floor condo with room for up to four guests. Located on the quiet bay, you will be just steps away from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf as well. This one bedroom, one and a half bath condo is located at the Santa Rosa Dunes and includes access to the olympic sized pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. This unit comes with an assigned parking spot in the garage. You'll find local favorite, Peg Leg Pete's Oyster Bar, within walking distance for your dining pleasure, or countless other dining options a short drive (or free trolley ride during the summer season) away. Fort Pickens National Park is a quick drive away and will give you plenty to explore. Along with numerous eateries, you'll find nightlife, shopping and family friendly activties down at the nearby boardwalk area. Book today and get ready for your cares to melt away!

Sitting on over 13-acres, the complex is comprised of 107 individually owned townhomes and tower units.

The property was clean, bright and very comfortable. The area was peaceful. We watched dolphins playing while eating dinner one night. The description is spot on. My husband and i had a wonderful stay.

The only thing that would have made the experience any better would have been a contactless check in. The manager was very nice and gave us some tips, tricks, things to do and restaurant suggestions but, the way it was made apparent they needed to personally greet us made it feel like they were checking up on us in a way. The property was well maintained, the views were beautiful and I would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean, cozy and the beds were comfortable. We spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony as well. Overall very good experience.

The property was well kept and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also loved spending time at the very large pool nearby. We spent a lot of time out on the porch because the views were incredible. The only suggestion I would make, would be to improve the cleanliness of the floors. They had not been swept or mopped. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Little league baseball tournament

First off, we got stuck in the elevator and had to call 911 . The fire department came and manually opened the door to get us out. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We loved the Blue angels beach buzz.

Beautiful and calming

I loved the Cozy and Quaint condo!!! It was all it advertised and more. The condo looked just like it was pictured! The carts for luggage and elevator were certainly appreciated! The only negative was the TV in the bedroom never worked. The manager, Pam, came over and tried her best to get it working -even to the point of buying an extension cord on her way to work the next day! I'm going to find out the cost of renting a whole month for next year!!

Weekend trip

Daughter and I enjoyed staying here cause was far enough away from the crowds but still a short drive to restaurants. The view of the bay was relaxing especially since couldn’t hear neighbors. Will definitely have to stay here again when come back to Pensacola beach!

Great Value

Great value for the location. Ideal for two people. Walking distance to beach. Close to good value restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer a nice convenience. TV in living area had low quality picture. Couldn't get TV in bedroom to work but not concerned enough to call management company.

Great time

We had great time! A few comments only: windows and some mirrors had dirty spots and we did not find a landry detergent. Also, sitting on balcony at the last few days of our stay we were smelling something awful. At first we thought someone is fighting mosquitos, but the smell was there next few days. Weird. We did not see anybody spraying..

Great location

Very well decorated and clean. Ideal for two people. Bed was very comfortable. Fan in 1/2 bathroom didn’t work however.

Snow Bird Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Santa Rosa. The booking was easy, and Sam came by when we arrived to welcome us. She was very accommodating and answered the questions we had. The place was perfect for us as there were two of us. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. The living room/kitchen/dining area were perfect for us. Not too small, but yet not overly big. It was clean and had a nice view of the gulf in front, and the bay in back from the balcony. Beach access was right across the street. We talked about next year on the way home and want to stay longer!

Great place

Love the location. Very quiet and beach across the street. Fast elevator.. Clean pool.. Master bathroom need a door stopper. If it hits the wall the door locks. Thanks for everything.. will love to stay again.
