The Summerhouse Condo Complex is unique in offering exclusive amenities in Mexico Beach. The community pool and hot tub can be found on the second floor of the building, offering a great view of the beach. Restrooms and even a sauna are available on the pool deck for your convenience. The parkside grill on the ground floor of the complex is available for Summerhouse guests' use.

A little housekeeping on the property: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed. Please do not hang your towels from balcony or leave items in the hallways. Also, pets are not welcome on site.
