This beautiful condo called "Best Day" by Vacation Mexico Beach is located directly across the street from the Gulf and features beautiful 180 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll enjoy sunrise to the east and sunset to the west from your balcony, living room, or while laying in bed! Guaranteed to give you the Best Day, Best Week for your vacation! Nothing blocks your gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and this property has all the amenities you need to say "Ooh-La-La!"

At Vacation Mexico Beach we go the extra mile for our guests because we know what we like and that's what we give you.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit features a luxurious master suite with a King bed, a sunken tub and walk-in shower, a Queen bed in the second bedroom with en suite bathroom and at third bedroom with two twin beds. Perfect for a family or a group of friends! Fully equipped with "chef's kitchen" and high quality furnishings, this condo will create memories for a lifetime.

We rented vacation homes for years before buying and we know what renters want - clean, new and comfortable! That's what you'll get at Best Day. We provide every convenience in our kitchen - a regular coffee pot, Keurig and a French Press. Every cook's gadget you can think of. And yes, we have two bicycles for your use right downstairs.

The pool and hot tub area overlook the Gulf and the condo building is beautifully maintained. The outdoor shower makes it easy to keep sand outside as you come back from the beach and two large smoker grills are located on the main parking level.

Summerhouse is located in the heart of Mexico Beach (between the Driftwood Inn and The Vue) with a bike path right out front. Parents will love the city's playground and tennis court located right around the corner.

A lovely place for a beach vacation, whether for a long or short stay.

This is a lovely apartment in Mexico Beach. It is quite large and has a beautiful 4th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico. The sandy beaches are just across the street. The master bath is huge. All of the furnishings are comfortable and attractive. The location is near a variety of restaurants and other eating places. It is only a short drive to Port St. Joe, which has.several nice eating places and upscale shops.

This condo is gorgeous. It has everything you need down to beach towels and chairs. The location is excellent. We loved walking to Mango Marley’s for dinner and Caribbean Coffee for our morning cup of Joe. Mexico Beach has the prettiest beaches; white sand and the friendliest people. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

This was our second time staying at Best Day and it was as perfect as the first time. The owners have all necessities (and extras) covered. Lew grew up in Marianna and has been coming to Mexico Beach since the 1950's and Linda shares his love for this special place. April and Chris have been renting their other vacation rental properties in Mexico Beach since 2009 and can often be found fishing and playing at the Tip of the Cape in their boat with their dog Lady.

Why they chose this property

We looked for several years before finding this property. Summerhouse has the fantastic beach and Gulf views you want when you come to the beach and our unit has been carefully and lovingly furnished to provide our guests with the very best.

What makes this property unique

We walked through the front door and fell in love. Best Day is a beautifully decorated condo with a drop dead gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico that you can enjoy throughout the condo. The huge double balcony gives you a great 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico -- from sunrise to sunset. The master suite will make you feel like a queen (or king!) The pool overlooks the Gulf of Mexico as well, and a walkway takes you directly to the beach with even an outdoor shower. The covered (reserved) parking space ensures you'll have a cool car to get into when you ready to head out.
