Great location, quiet, parking challenge
My review is mixed, so the score of 3.Positives: location, view, outside space, condition of unit and relatively recent updatesImprovement needed:- VRBO listing is inaccurate: parking is NOT guaranteed with this unit. We had to park at a lot for more than twice the cost for 3 days until a garage spot became available, for which there is an additional charge, not included in the unit cost. We did not know this until we called on the day of arrival. This was a big problem for us and we might have stayed elsewhere or another unit with guaranteed parking, if this had been clearly advertised.- Elevators can take time: there are 2 elevators that are relatively small. There are times that waits can be longer. Keep this is in mind when planning departures for timed events or reservations.- The front desk staff are only available from 9am to 9pm.- The floor on our unit was dirty- unclear how it had been cleaned before our arrival. We asked the staff to clean it, which helped.- The unit does not have a dining table inside, just in case thatâs needed for your stay. There is a counter/extension with somewhat uncomfortable bar stools that is meant for this. This did not work well for us. There is a table outside but when itâs hot, it may not be feasible to eat outside.- We did not receive any pre-arrival instructions, so we had to call on the day of our arrival, and there was some difficulty in getting through to a local property staff member.Good luck!
