This 2 bedroom condo is located close to the Glendale stadium and right next to the community pool. It is very spacious with a kitchen island and had all the amenities we needed. Communication was great too. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Had a great time at AZ close everywhere. Most of all the team are very sensitive to our family needs. Easy accessibility & communication to the team. Thank you for hosting us.

Great location for use of Westgate Not meant for a cozy stay. Couch is extremely uncomfortable. Check out at 11 and our cleaning lady attempted to enter at 9am

One pillow on king beds…no guest book available…carpets need cleaning…front door light flashed on and off…had to look for bathroom towels…only one nightstand by bed…no overhead lighting except for kitchen …fan over bed concerning as it was wobbly with no way to slow speed…very little ice…good thing we were only there to sleep.

I was given the wrong gate code and entrance code for the stairwell entrance. When we arrived our parking number was given to us and another guest. He showed us on his reservation as well. It was a total nightmare. Would never recommend this place

Getting into the unit is tricky. First of all, you need 3 different codes at 3 different spots to get into the rental. Only one of the car gates worked with our code. The code to enter the building apparently only works when you pound the numbers in hard… The easiest code to use was the apartments door. There isn’t an elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. The unit itself is perfectly fine. It was clean and delivers as seen in the pictures. The pool is absolutely freezing so we didn’t use it. Location close to the Westgate area that we needed so that was nice.

Hi Nicole, We’re glad the unit met expectations and that the location worked well for your plans. We acknowledge the challenges with access and multiple codes, as entry should feel straightforward, and this will be reviewed with our team. We also understand the note about the pool and appreciate you sharing that feedback. Thank you for highlighting both the positives and areas for improvement—we’re working toward a more seamless stay next time.
