Very Clean!

This was one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. It was so clean and the pool was also very clean. We were there 5 days and had everything we needed. Tons of room for everyone and multiple hang out spots so you don’t feel crowded. The neighborhood was super quiet and easy to get to. Next time we’re in the town this is where we are staying! We were impressed with the property, we used the pool daily! It was 105 all weekend.So much space in the home. A fully usable kitchen. We used the stove twice and coffee maker every morning. The refrigerator does not seem to.make ice but stores it well enough.A quiet neighborhood with agood shareon on street parkers around this property so planning on 2cars to use the driveway is a winnIng move. (We had only 1).Communication with the owner was typically good. The late checkin details is the nature of the beast because people suck and will show up early. I was a little.l put out at what was, for us, late checkout details. We had early flights and it seems this could come with the check in detail coupled with a reminder, if necessary.Overall a very comfortable a fairly luxe stay.

A wonderful Expierence

Our family truly had a wonderful stay. The house looked just as advertised, the home was clean, well furnished including tv’s in every bedroom . The pool was clean, and we all enjoyed it daily. We were able to find local stores and restaurants very easily. The time from the airport was reasonable and to Arizona State University was also reasonable.

Perfect spot for everything you need in Arizona

Everything was absolutely perfect. My only complaints was the master bed was a bit uncomfortable but was manageable, the toaster did not work unless u stood beside it and held the leaver down, and I prefer to make coffee with the kuerig pod system rather then drip coffee. Otherwise the property and host was absolutely perfect and clean!

Neighborhood was quiet, but location was in the outskirts of the central city. House was clean Communication between the renter and the owner could be improved. Long weekend stay

We had a great time visiting AZ and this house was amazing! Lots of room to spread out and the pool was great! We do with there would have been more pool floaties so we wouldn’t have had to spend money for just a few days. We did end up leaving the ones we bought at the home so hopefully others can get use from them! We also thought it was odd there was not toilet products in the house. I guess I was unaware we had to supply that out selfs, which was a bummer having to purchase that as well when we were only there such a short time. But overall it was a great time and house and I would rent here again!

Family vacation

The house was clean though kitchen was lacking alot of things like dishes. There was no hairdryer though there was a box for it- empty. Not many bath towels. The coffee table by pool did not have a top to it. I suppose it had a glass top? The pool was extremly cold. It would have been nice of it was heated a tad. We could not get in.

We stayed here for a few nights and had a great time! The home was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We were close to grocery stores, other shopping, and State Farm Stadium. Check in was easy, and the property manager was very responsive and great to work with! We didn't use the pool, but it was beautiful! We definitely recommend this property.
