Definitely will stay again!

Wonderful room!!! It had everything we needed and more!!! Such a safe and beautiful area. The bed was very comfortable and had lots of beach gear to use. The pool was excellent and very clean. I hope to stay here again next year.

Cozy Condo

We stayed in this condo last year when we got married and were excited that it was available again this year! The condo is super cozy, clean and has everything you need. Will definitely look into staying again next year!

Spent a week at location

Moved daughter into apartment next door and stayed at this unit for a week - working part of the time. Unit is clean and functional with easy access to beach and walk to several restaaurants - great overall location.

Great Location

The location is great for beach access. The condo had a well equipped kitchen. The TVs and Wi-Fi worked well. There were decent beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. The quality of the bed was poor! When I say poor, I mean really bad. They need to replace the bed, period. Also, its listed as a queen and is only a full. The pillows were so bad we went and bought new ones. overall a decent unit that needs a few upgrades.

Condo on Sunset Beach

Condo was formerly a motel and was small but adequate for our stay. It is outdated..needs some sprucing up and better kitchen utensils etc….one wine glass, a pizza cutter and knives that cut would be helpful. Blue throw rug is abysmal.The towels were great..lots and really nice.We were working on our devastated home so spent no time at condo during the day.

Sunset cove

Our stay at sunset cove was good. The location was great! Gulf was perfect. Only complaint was the bathroom could of been cleaner when we arrived. Tub was dirty and shower curtain was stained and lots of dust on the shelf. Once we cleaned it the place was good. Mostly everyone at the cove was very friendly.

It was a decent little place.

The bed was only a full sized instead of a queen and it wasn't very comfortable. The water pressure wasn't that great. But overall the place was clean and very nice. The host was also excellent. We had a plumber come in for a couple hours and they offered us a pair of tickets to an attraction of our choosing. Super nice people where we stayed as well.

Amazing Rental!! Great Value!!

Wow were we surprised!!! This is such a cute, comfortable, well located condo! When booking this site we had no idea how quiet and secluded this property was. Also, you don't realize how close it is to the beach until you're here. It's literally across the street, a 1 minute walk. The beach has our own private access and it feels extremely private and secluded when you're on the beach. The beach iteself is perfect for small childeren!!! Our 4 year old was able to play in the ocean all day, as the waves are very small or non-existent, the water is very shallow, not to mention that the water feels like bath water. Sea shell collecting is very easy as there are a ton of shells and sand dollars!! The pool is nice, very clean and warm as well. There's also Caddy's if you head North up the beach where you can grab a quick bite or some drinks while your on the beach. The fishing pier on the property is very nice and has a cleaning station with water. If we had kayaks or paddleboards we could have launched them from the small inlet beach next to our pier. There are a ton of fish around and we were successful in bringing some fish in for our kids. The furniture as well as the bed is extremely comfortable. All TV's are smart, which allowed our entire family to keep up with our Netflix, Prime and YouTube shows. There's tons of shops, bars, restaurants within a short walk or drive. There's a Publix grocery store very very close as well as a Walmart that's about a 15 minute drive. All around this is a great rental and we will be returning in the future!!
