Great view, parking was awkward but it's a nice cozy nook over-looking the beach. AC is loud in the bedroom, but the bathroom is pretty cool.

We had an excellent time! We have never used VRBO before and I was very happy. Jay has neee been to FL like I have and to impress him … it was great! The unit was clean and ready to use - everything worked properly and had no issues with anything. We are hoping to book/stay again. It was the perfect location especially for us as we get older, being so close to the beach is perfect! Thank you!

This was the second time my best friend and I stayed here and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time! This is the perfect place for a peaceful beach experience as this end of Treasure Island is not polluted with people/stores/etc. 15 second walk across the quiet street and you're on the powdery sand. The only thing not accurate is the picture of the kitchen that includes a Keurig...there is no Keurig there but just a traditional coffee pot. Luckily, others before us left coffee and filters so were able to take advantage of that kindness!

Our stay was OK. The best part of the stay was the proximity to the beach, directly across the street, and the shower, the water pressure was great and plenty of hot water.The view from the porch area was great if you looked straight ahead at the beach. Directly to the right of sitting on the porch there was a boarded up house with a pool that was a mosquito trap, green and an eye sore. There was construction to the left on the condominiums which started before 9 AM until 5 PM.The mattresses on the bed were very soft, my daughter loved it, I need a firmer mattress. The comforters were stained and had a hole in it. The wall air conditioning units worked great but very loud. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work.There were plenty of beach supplies however the chairs were older and rusted.Overall, it was OK for a short stay since most of our time was spent on the beach.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Condo was clean and had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. Beautiful beach front view. Watched the sunset from the 2nd floor balcony every night and dolphins play during the day. Water was a nice blue color. Felt very safe. Thank you.

Thank you for a great escape to the beach! While the area is rebuilding after hurricane Helene, the condo was an oasis! Plenty of beach gear, great view of the beach, bed was comfortable, condo was clean, what more could you ask for!? Looking forward to returning and seeing the rebuilding progress in the neighborhood. We really enjoyed the beautiful sea view, and the beach is just a few steps away, which is a big plus. The parking area around the corner is also very close to the unit and convenient to access.For us personally, the beds were a bit too soft. Dining on the couch is only possible using a fold-up coffee table, which might not be ideal for everyone. It would also be helpful to update the description, as the outdoor shower no longer exists.We stayed for eight nights and had a pleasant overall experience. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and all our questions were answered promptly.
