3 Bedrooms all airconditioned and 2 Bathrooms, Open Plan living and Dining also airconditioned, leading onto your expansive Patio. Fenced court yard, Small Pets are welcome please inform us prior to booking.

The Space:
Ground Floor has Double Lock up Garage (including the extra Fridge) 2 Queen Bedrooms and bathroom. There is a built in desk for office work while away in one bedroom.
Upstairs takes you to your living areas and master King Suite.
Walk to our beautiful Beach to just relax. Its a flat walk into town (20 min) or take your Bike/E-Scooter.
Bring your Surfboard, SUP, Kayak or Boat. Parking is available for 2 cars and a boat.
Take a trip on the Larc or out to Lady Musgrave Island, maybe do a fishing charter.
Plenty of walks to explore and visit our Museum. Head down to 1770 Foreshore to take in our spectacular sunsets.
Linen is provided, just bring your beach towels.

The Neighborhood:
You are in a complex of 6 Units, (Swells) please keep shared driveway clear at all times and please keep noise levels down to a minimum.

Getting Around:
Visit our locals at our Information Centre for all things going on in Agnes Water / 1770

Other Things to Note:
As you are in a Body Corporate Complex pets 2 x 20kg and under are allowed
