Step into the main living room, where a log fireplace and air-conditioning ensure year-round comfort. Sink into the oversized leather L-shaped sofa, perfect for movie nights with the family or curling up with a good book. A nearby second living area features a three-seater sofa, providing plenty of space for large groups. Catch up on work at the dedicated workspace near the kitchen, complete with a desk, reading lamp, and swivel chair.
Challenge your inner chef in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring a spacious island perfect for meal prep. Gather around the ten-seater dining table for shared meals, or head to the deck for alfresco dining. Relax on the outdoor lounge and watch the kids play on the charming swing set or engage in lively table tennis matches in the fully fenced yard.
Upstairs, four serene bedrooms are designed for restful nights. The primary suite features a queen-sized bed, balcony and attached ensuite. Another queen bedroom also features access to the balcony where you can enjoy morning birdsong over a cup of coffee. The third bedroom offers two single beds, while the fourth is perfect for kids, with a single bed and a bunk bed. Refresh in one of the three bathrooms, including the main bathroom where you can soak in a freestanding bathtub or enjoy a rejuvenating shower. Take care of your laundry effortlessly with the integrated washer located in one of the bathrooms.
