Nice stay, great location

We enjoyed our stay. We started off with a small hiccup when we arrived to the house and found it had not been cleaned since the previous renters were there, but owner was very easy to connect with and had someone out to clean it very quickly. We were there for a softball tournament and were pleased with the location in relation to the Reno Sports Complex and grocery stores, dining, etc.

Very nice overall. A couple of minor things, like a broken handle on a kitchen cabinet. But overall clean and has all the space and things we needed. Really like the location and neighborhood as well.

Nice stay

Our stay was good. The water was off & took a little coordination to get it on initially. The host contact very fairly responsive & was helpful. The interior was clean & nice. The external portion of the property was less than desirable, with trash in front of the house & a lot of trash bags & large boxes in the back yard.

Great Place

The house had a perfect location. Easy drive to downtown and the casinos. It was clean and easy to live in. Great communication with owner.

1. The front and back yards are severely in need of maintenance. I was extremely disappointed when we pulled up to our first impression of the house. 2. The back patio at the step has paint chipping and the wood is splitting and there is no handrail. 3. While using my blow dryer in the master bedroom, the breaker flipped. Even after switching it back to the breaker panel outside, the outlet in the master bathroom and 2nd bathroom still does not work. 4. The kitchen only contains 2 forks, no trash bags, and the filter in the refrigerator needs to be replaced (therefore we couldn't use ice or water - and we're here for baseball). I had to go out and purchase bags of ice and bottled water. ??? 5. The internet network provided was incorrect and I had to take time to call for a new one. 6. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom cannot be turned on by the light switch....there is no remote. When the light switch is in the "on" position the only thing that comes on is the light...and the light flickers on/off, like a disco ball. 7. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The remote works the light and fan, but the light will not turn off to just have the fan running. Seems to be all or nothing. 8. The blind in the master bedroom will not raise. 9. The neighbor's dog was outside barking excessively at least until midnight and then again early in the morning approximately 0630.
