We welcome Dunn In The Sun to our rental program in 2023! Dunn In The Sun is a two-bedroom house that is ideal for couples or small families conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Enjoy a short stroll to the Ocracoke Coffee Company. Pets are welcome, so your furry companions can join you and enjoy the enclosed yard. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: 2 with Queen. Amenities include window air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and complimentary wireless internet access. Washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. Dunn In The Sun offers a screened porch, picnic table, enclosed yard, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, and fish cleaning bench. Pet Friendly. Limit of 2 Pets. No Smoking. Limit of 2 vehicles. Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at the time of booking. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. Property Layout: Single story home. Two bedrooms each with a Queen Bed. Living Area, Kitchen and Dining Area. Bath with Tub/Shower.

Perfect fenced in yard for the dogs. Great location as it is tucked away and you can walk everywhere. Bedrooms and kitchen are very small, the porch is great

We had such a great time here! The property was exactly what we expected and the fenced in yard made it so easy to have our dogs with us. The neighborhood was off the beaten path and made it easy to take long walks with our dogs without having to worry about excessive traffic, while also allowing us to easily bike or walk to the main highway and enjoy the local shops and restaurants.

Nice place, good for staying with dogs

Bed is lousy, could not get a good night’s sleep. Mattress NEEDS to be replaced
