Only one of four in the block, this double storey townhouse is privately tucked away in one of the most highly sought after positions in Anglesea. The property is highly appealing and has many attributes and often sought by guests, looking for that something special on the Surf Coast.

Tonge street is a very quiet no through road, a superior location on the coast because of how quiet it is, however so close to everything that makes coastal holidays an absolute Gem. The position is prime being so close to the ocean, that you can literally walk to the end of road and be on the Surf Beach only 150 metres away, beach holiday perfection. Also, on the door step is the Anglesea River, cafes, restaurants, shops and parks, there is no need to get in your car whilst staying here!

The lower level is surprisingly spacious and perfectly set up for entertaining, with large open plan kitchen, dining and living. The Dining table can easily host large groups and there are lovely bi fold doors that open right up to a beautiful outdoor area. Here there is another big outdoor table surrounded by trees and a garden and a feature wall, water feature, soothing sounds to sit outside and relax to. The kitchen is well set up and great for cooking at home, bar stools offer another place to sit casually and chat to the chef!

The living room has cosy couches and within arm’s reach is a converted garage space with Pool table, great for fun with friends and family. There is also a bathroom and laundry on this level.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the main has a King Bed, BIR, TV and a private balcony to take in the fresh sea breeze. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed & BIR, the third bedroom has bunk beds and a double bed. There is a landing with study nook & couch, which offers a little space to work and chill away from everyone. The bathroom has a luxurious bath and shower, the toilet separately next door.

The house is orientated to the north and captures sunshine from morning right through to the afternoon, making this a great holiday property in all seasons of the year.

Additional features include split systems for heating and cooling, off street parking.

Amazing position minutes to: 4Kings café, Surf Club, Last One Inn, River, Coastal walking tracks to Point Roadknight beach and yacht club. Conveniently close to Golf Club, National Park, Playgrounds, shopping village, restaurants, and public transport.
