Great location walking distance from the Downtown area. Inside of the house has a very modern feel with all the amenities you could ask from updated furniture and appliances to remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Will definitely look to stay at this rental again in the future.

The house was immaculate and exceeded expectations! We really loved it and it was the perfect location. Close enough to downtown that you could walk if you wanted but we chose to drive over. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. Will stay again!

Beautiful place!

This place was perfect! The location was such a great spot. We Ubered most places and would walk back. It is right off the main road and so close to everywhere you would want to go. The decor was beautiful and I loved the Nespresso machine. The only thing we had trouble with was figuring out to lock the door. We contacted our host and they walked us through it promptly!

I took my wife down to Eureka Springs for her 50th birthday. This place was perfect! It was cozy, inviting and great location. The bed was very comfortable. Wine by the fire pit. Will definitely stay here again!

A spacious comfortable stay

The house layout was very spacious for two people. We loved the shaded back patio. We felt very secure. We were able to cook most of our meals. I would stay again.

We enjoyed staying at the property, although there were two minor issues: the garbage disposal did not work, and we had problems texting the Evolve contact person. Other than that, the property was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Trendy and Great location

Beautifully decorated. Just ensure that you are okay with steep stairs before you book. There is some audible road noise, so bring a white noise machine to drown it out. The only thing keeping this place from five stars is that there NEEDS to be blackout curtains in the bedroom. The house across the street has bright lights on all night. If you are at all a light sleeper this may be bothersome. Otherwise, I would recommed this cute rental.
