He wāhi rangimārie tēnei (This is a tranquil place) is a beautiful new 3 bedroom home away from home.



Designed for any getaway from the busy city life you can enjoy the peace and tranquility Martinborough has to offer. With a 10min walk to the square or short bike ride around to all the vineyards. Or you can stick around and enjoy the heated communal pool in summer (From labour weekend to Easter) or the tennis court all year round.



This house is large enough to sleep 10. With 1x King bed, 1x queen, 2x king singles and 2 x sofa bed. Ensuite, large open plan lounge, kitchen, dining with outdoor flow.



Guests will have access to the entire property.



Please call us between 9am and 5pm, 7 days a week during your stay if you have any questions. OR after hours only in an emergency.



The square is just a short walk for you to head in and have dinner at Circus Cinema Restaurant or have coffee at Neighbourhood cafe or meet the locals over bacon and eggs at Kitcheners.



Martinborough boasts itself on incredible vineyards... take yourself to some of our favourites - Moy Hall, Colombo Martinborough, Schubert Wines, Luna Estate and On Giants` Shoulders. Great for tastings and for lunch.



Just half an hour`s drive from Martinborough is Lake Ferry, a sleepy beach village on the shores of Lake Onoke where it empties into rugged Palliser Bay.



Go fishing with views of the South Island, try catching whitebait if you`re here in spring - or just enjoy a sunset dinner at the Lake Ferry Hotel.



No parties and no outside noise after 10pm.
