MAIN BATHROOM has a full size bath, walk-in shower with body soap, shampoo and conditioner, WC, vanity with basin with 2 basket storage and hairdryer.

MAIN LOUNGE with all the modern comforts including open fire place, 50' smart TV, bar trolley, full size lounge, coffee table, buffet unit with board games, 2 rattan arm chairs and 2 ottomans.

KITCHEN - A modern trendy coastal kitchen with all the gadgets. Integrated fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, inbuilt oven and range hood, pots, pans, kitchen gadgets, cutlery, plates, outdoor dinnerware, glasses, coffee mugs and all the things you need for a cook up, Nespresso Coffee machine so you don't need to line up for a coffee. Plenty of storage space.
Nespresso Coffee Machine - type Creatista with Coffee pods to get you started. Additional coffee pods can be purchased from the local supermarket.

Do not exceed more then 3 cars due to local laws and the impact on neighbours. A trailer is considered a car.

GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire home apart from a few locked cupboards for staff only.

TV'S Samsang Smart TV's 1 in main lounge and 1 in QS bedroom. Remotes to stay on the tables

FISH CLEANING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. The beach is best for cleaning fish and what you do want the seagulls love. A fish cleaning table is available on the beach between The Baths restaurant and The Sorrento Couta Club with unbelievable views.
All rooms have split systems keeping you cool or warm at the click of a button.

DOOR ENTRY is Keyless entry

DRIVEWAY for 3 cars ONLY. Trailers are considered a car.

LINEN
We supply all bed linen and bath towels as part of your stay. ** Do not take bath towels outside the home. (Beach towels NOT included).

NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED FOR SHORT TERM PROPERTIES. Fines do apply.

PLEASE NOTE:
We supply toilet paper, coffee pods and condiments to start your stay, additional supplies can be purchased from the supermarket. Fire wood is not supplied. Timber for fire place can be purchased from IGA Ritchies, Mitre10 and Scicluna's.
