The living room has a very comfy sofa for 2 people and a big tv screen you can have a nice comfy night in with.
As shown on photos, we have an amazing city view that you will never get sick of looking! There is plenty of sunlight coming in during the day and you can enjoy the night view with a cheeky glass of wine!

The bedroom is equipped with queen bed with two pillows, dressing table & chair, large wardrobe (behind the mirror - BIR)
Fully equipped kitchen - Gas stove, oven, air-fryer, kettle, and all cookware and cutlery

Clean bath towel, toiletries, tea & coffee, snacks, and basic groceries are provided.

This apartment is not normally for guests staying in frequently, that's why this place has been very well looked after and regularly cleaned throughout, I hope you will feel home rightaway!
There is a great burger shop near the lobby and also communal gym is located on level 3.
The coffee shop is just on next building, woolworth(grocery store) is conveniently located just cross the road!

Check in time - 1pm
Check out time - 3pm, your luggages can be kept till 10pm

Minimum stay is 4 weeks, maximum stay is 10weeks
and a discount rate for longer stay is offered
