Please make your way through the front door into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the smart keyless lock and be greeted with soaring ceilings and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The open-concept living area features a plush and cozy gray sofa, a side table, artwork, a piano, and a wall-mounted 40" TCL Roku Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect spot to catch up on your late-night streaming shows!

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and electric stove, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up. Serve your meals in the dining area, a table set for six.

Take advantage of the convenient first-floor full-size bathroom with a single vanity, tub/shower combo, and extra towel for your stay! Just adjacent to the bathroom is an office room. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR
All three bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linens and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home. Each bedroom has blackout shades offering privacy and increases better sleep quality during your stay!

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, closet space with hangers, an attached full ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and open shelves for linen storage. The clean and minimalist design makes this bedroom inviting and serene.

Heading down the hall from the primary suite, bedroom #2 offers a sleeper sofa with a queen-size mattress, a closet, a desk, and a chair. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, two side tables, and a closet.

LOFT ROOM - 3RD FLOOR
The redesigned 3rd floor features a vast hang-out room perfect for movie and game nights for the whole family! This room offers a sectional couch, a coffee table, and a 65" Vizio Smart TV. The Neighborhood:
The house is set in beautiful Tower Grove South, a neighborhood boasting vibrant cafes and restaurants, a comic bookstore, antique shops, and clothing boutiques, and just blocks away is Tower Grove Park offering a Farmers' Market and tennis courts.

South Grand has a flavor all its own where you can travel around the world with unique stores and eclectic shops to a vast array of ethnic restaurants covering more countries than Epcot with Turkish kebabs, Vietnamese pho, Ethiopian injera, and Thai papaya salad – just to name a few. In addition to offering a veritable trip around the globe, the neighborhood boasts some of the city's best vegan and vegetarian restaurants, including barbecue jackfruit tacos and New York-style slices made with cashew cheese.

Explore Tower Grove Park, an elegant 19th-century Victorian walking park with pavilions, statues, fountains, and mock classical "ruins." The neighborhood's Missouri Botanical Garden welcomes visitors to one of the top three botanical gardens in the world. St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
