The Space:
This condo features a fully updated interior and is in the most premier location in St. Augustine! Sitting 4 floors up, this historic building is on the corner of St George Street and King Street and offers superb views of the city square and bayfront. You’ll only be a few steps to everything that downtown has to offer!
The features of the main spaces of the 4th-floor condo:
- A bright and spacious open floor plan that features a sitting area with plush seating that faces a flat-screen Smart TV that’s able to connect to your streaming accounts, providing a relaxing space to hang out. This area also features a 4-top dining table where you can enjoy a sit-down meal or work on your laptop comfortably if needed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen that’s outfitted with quality appliances and everything you’d need to cook up homemade dishes. Bonus - a dishwasher for quick clean-ups!
- A quiet, dedicated office space equipped with a comfortable desk and chair, ideal for remote work or study.
- 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms to accommodate 2 guests as such:

Guest Access:
Important: There is no loading zone outside of this unit's building. If driving, you will manually transport your luggage and belongings 3 city blocks to and from the parking space designated for this unit. Please be sure to take this into account while planning your trip.
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.

Arrival & Parking
The designated parking space is approximately 3 blocks (a 5-minute walk) from the condo. There is no loading zone directly outside the building. If you are driving, you will need to carry your luggage and belongings to and from the parking area. Please consider this when planning your trip.
One dedicated outdoor parking space is available at our Realty Office, three blocks from the property.
Building & Access
Please avoid holding the elevator doors open for extended periods, as this may cause the system to malfunction. While rare, the elevator in this older building may occasionally become inoperative. This unit is recommended for guests who are comfortable walking up to four flights of stairs if necessary.
Guests must climb one additional flight of stairs from the 4th floor to access the roof terrace.
Amenities & Supplies
- Baby equipment is available for an additional fee.
- Basic home and bathroom essentials are provided, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Limited cleaning supplies—such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags—are also provided. These items are not replenished during your stay.
- A welcome sheet inside the unit contains additional instructions, including WiFi details.
Rules & Agreements
- Guests may be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
- A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Long-Stay Policies
- For reservations of 25 nights or longer, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted approximately 1.5 to 2 weeks after arrival to ensure the property remains in excellent condition. The timing will be coordinated with you in advance to minimize disruption, and access requires prior authorization.
- For stays longer than 28 days, a complimentary professional cleaning is provided every two weeks. This service is mandatory.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit, near open windows or on the rooftop, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.

We really enjoyed our stay. As others have stated the location is unbeatable. The building is very private and quiet and the room's amenities are as described. The host was great and even reachded out more than once to see if everything was alright. Highly recommend.
We loved this place!! It’s perfectly located. Almost everything was within walking distance. While the apartment is in the heart of historic St Augustine, it still felt private and quiet while we were there. The host was quick to reply to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
St Augustine is one of our favorite cities to visit! This condo was in a fantastic location and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was nicely decorated, roomy and the beds were comfortable. We loved the rooftop balcony. We would definitely stay there again!
The Vrbo was wonderful and very centrally located to the Historic District. However, it’s located on the 4th floor and if the elevator is broken, it’s a hike up! Our host was wonderful and we would stay here again!
Awesome stay in a beautiful city. Excellent communication, great condo, and very nice neighbors. Very well appointed, the rooftop terrace was beautiful and the location couldn’t be better. Walked everywhere, then returned to our quiet refuge.
Comfortable, clean, roomy for two. Amazing location for exploring St. A, attending events, etc. May not be ideal for handicapped as parking a few blocks away and elevator in this lovely old building had challenges and the walk to fourth floor is good exercise.
This was our second trip to the condo and it was just as great as the first time. Excellent location, beautiful condo, lots of fun!

This place is so nice! Great location. From the rooftop, had a wonderful view of night of lights, River and city! If you can book this property, Do it!!
Perfect location in historic St. Augustine! Spacious accommodations and loved the rooftop patio area. As others mentioned, the elevator was not working and the condo is on the 4th floor. We were notified of the elevator being out of order prior to arrival but this could be an issue for someone. We will definitely be back!
Excellent location for walking to downtown wedding venues, fine dining, and visiting the fort. Free parking for one vehicle is available though it is a few blocks from site.
