Nestled in H1, the most historic district in St. Augustine, this delightful apartment has great proximity to downtown with Flagler College up the street from us and in viewing distance.
It offers a bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 twin bed with French doors between the two for added privacy. Guests can enjoy amenities like central AC, Wi-Fi, private balcony, washer dryer in the apartment and access to the homes large pool heated from April 1st to November 1st.
The apartment is located on the second floor up one flight of stairs.

The location is great for a lovely walk to the old town area. Plenty of restaurants and shops without getting in the car. We picked the perfect time of year....mid to late April. One of our favorite things was the pool. Nice seating with umbrellas and temperature regulated so not too cold. The apartment is very comfortable and special kudos for the shower!!!

This is a second-story apartment in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from most of the historic part of St. Augustine. It is large: 4 1/2 rooms plus an enclosed balcony. It is comfortably furnished and outfitted. The bed and bath linens were plentiful and high quality. The full-size, eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and supplied.We really enjoyed out stay and highly recommend this property.
