The Space:
Experience the convenience of being just a short walk away from all the attractions our stunning city has to offer! Enjoy the added benefit of ample off-street parking located just steps from the entrance to your unit. Situated on the ground floor with no steps, the unit boasts ceramic tile flooring throughout. The bathroom has been newly remodeled, complete with a tub/shower. Additionally, you'll have access to a washer/dryer and complete privacy. This exceptional offer provides better value than any hotel, and to enhance your comfort, a new mattress and box spring were added in July 2022.

A pet fee of $150 applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250. We accommodate only dogs, with a limit of two per stay, provided their combined weight does not exceed 60 lbs. It's important to obtain prior authorization for your pets to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of $500.
Baby equipment is available for a fee.
We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. All linens and towels will also be provided, along with a starter supply of coffee. If you require any additional items upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details.
Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please note that if leave your pet unattended in the property, your pet needs to be crated. There is a $100 fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated.
For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival.
We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.
A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- The total weight of dog(s) has to be under 50lbs, and the total fee for up to 2 dogs is $150 USD.
- Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture.
- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.

We chose this rental for its location very close to the entertainment venue where we would be spending our days. The location was perfect and just a short 10 minute walk to several restaurants and other entertainment spots. The tiny kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make wonderful meals.
This was a great place to stay. It was a quiet neighborhood and I felt safe there. The place was clean and had everything you would need. It was centrally licated to all St Augustine sites
House was very comfortable and clean. We basically just slept there but found the bed comfortable. Parking was a little bit of an issue due to all the holiday traffic for Nights of Lights. Location was perfect to walk to the historic area and everywhere else we needed to go.
Everything on one floor and only a small step into the house. Parking was easy. Close enough to town for an easy enjoyable walk. We really enjoyed the patio.

The property is loaded with everything we could think of for a short or even extended stay. There was everything there for cooking. Had laundry facility inside and the place was spacious, bright and Airy. I highly recommended it and we plan on coming back.
Quiet neighborhood and an easy walk downtown, we felt very safe there. We slept in the bed didn’t try out the sleeper sofa, comfortable living room furniture for relaxing after busy day at the beach, state park, and lighthouse, all just a short drive from the duplex. Great place for just the 2 of us. Would stay there again.
We had an amazing time in our first trip to St. Augustine. The location was perfect - an easy 5 minute walk to the historic district featuring great shopping and so many restaurant choices. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect stay. It was a short walk to St George's Street and the fenced in area was perfect for our dog. The unit felt much bigger than the pictures made it look. Lots of space. We will definitely be back.
Well located and close to the Old Town. Great restaurants, shops and attractions… Nice neighborhood. The kitchen appliances were small and very little counter space. Could have used more spoon, only 3!
The unit is a bit dated but the little fenced courtyard was very nice, private and cozy.

I must admit I was a little nervous before we arrived because this place allows pets. I was thrilled when we arrived. The place was extremely clean and there was not even a hint that they allowed pets. An adorable little apartment with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and a patio with table and chairs. All the comforts of home. The furniture was comfortable with throw blankets, the bathroom was well equipped with big soft towels. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and didn't use it the whole time we were there. Everything was within walking distance. We had a wonderful time and most definitely will choose these accommodations again next time we are in St. Augustine.
After we received clean bedding we had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately on the first night it was obvious the sheets were not washed. The sheets were dirty with dog hair all over them and dirt. Fortunately we received fresh bedding the following day.

Prior to our stay, it had been a number of months since a review had been left for this property so, we were surprised to find the furnishings had been updated and changed from the pictures. They should update the photos in the listing, including dishes.The decor is now lemon themed (appropriate for the location) and the sofa is now a comfy gray one as opposed to the dark red that is/was shown in this listing. Our GPS wanted to take us to the road on the back of the property. If that happens to you, make sure you just go on the street in the listing. It was great to have a large dedicated parking area for our car as we walked to Columbia Restaurant for dinner our first night. It was an east 10-min walk on flat streets and sidewalks through a charming neighborhood (you have to see the Lion & Lanterns Inn at night. It’s just around the corner. So charming!!)Parking is such an issue in this city that having this parking area is gold! We could walk to the historic district which is where we wanted to spend our time as it was cold here!!Speaking of cold, we were so glad this apartment had a furnace!! We were warm and toasty even with temps outside at freezing! The mattress felt like a memory foam which my hubby loved but it was too firm for me. So, I slept on the sofa. It’s a sleeper sofa but I didn’t bother pulling it out since it was so comfy and I could pulling the back cushions off and it was like a twin bed.If we return to the area we would stay here again.
TV was absolutely terrible for older generation. We just wanted to watch local weather and couldn’t get it. Kitchen needed baggies and Tin foil and PAM. We were robbed of 70.00 cash that was hidden in a drawer. Somebody who knew the code got in. Sounds like they frequently reuse the codes. The money clip was a treasured memory. Would not stay again.
