Located on the second floor, this charming studio cottage in Historic Downtown St. Augustine includes a cozy balcony that overlooks the serene lake. Make the most of the provided bikes and embark on a leisurely ride to downtown, where you`ll discover an array of local shops and restaurants. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away!

Venture upstairs to your Lakeside Studio, where the welcoming balcony beckons you from the moment you arrive. Upon entering through the front door, you`ll discover a quaint kitchen and an inviting coffee bar that seamlessly transitions into a comfortable living space. This area boasts a generous king-sized bed, cozy lounging couches, and a well-appointed full bathroom. Whether you prefer a casual meal at the two-person breakfast bar or opt for the table near the charming reading nook, you`ll find the perfect setting to enjoy your dining moments.

Kitchenette provide practical amenities such as a toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, a thoughtfully arranged coffee station, and a functional sink area to cater to your culinary needs. Please note: oven or dishwasher is not available with this unit. Adding to your convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the unit, ensuring that your stay is both comfortable and hassle-free. Your Lakeside Studio offers a delightful and functional retreat for your getaway.

We love welcoming pets! Just a quick note — the pet fee is NOT automatically included in your booking total. It will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dog`s alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs up to 40lbs. for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s)

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
