Location can't be beat, 15 minutes from where you want to be at all times with an easy direct ride into Buffalo. The street was quiet and relaxing, and the views of the water, whether from the porch, upstairs living room, or from the beach were spectacular. The beach is rocky, as expected, so make sure to bring water shoes. While we were there, the sandbar was only a few feet off shore and easy to get to. We had a paddle board and were able to take it out easily every day. The host is friendly and communicative, check in and out very easy. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house! The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us multiple ideas of places to go for dinner and entertainment. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely incredible and there was easy beach access. I would definitely recommend!

Cozy Comfort

Experience was above expectations. Just imagine what it would have been like if without the smog from Canada...Tom was an excellent host, he gave excellent places of interest and places to eat which we tried and was not disappointed. Dream Stay for National Buffalo Wing Festival!

Our team comes up to Buffalo every year for the National Wing Festival in Orchard Park. This was by far the best property we have stayed at yet. Beautiful views of Lake Erie, super clean property and the most kind and attentive host in Tom! We are already looking forward to coming back again next year!!

Outside of the big vity but withing 25 minutes of so much to do. Owner very easy to work with, he even helped to gety jacket bavk to me after we left and forgot it!

November Weekend

My son, a good friend and myself spent a long weekend at this property. Everything was outstanding from the lake view, comfortable beds to the well outfitted kitchen. All for a very reasonable rate. Could not recommend it more.

Love this place

Everything was epic at Tom’s place. Close to the game and an unbelievable stay. Right on the water. Tom was the best host you can ask for, he made the house and stay 10 times better. We are for sure coming back!

We had such a lovely stay at this lake house—it was truly the perfect home for our family of four. We were in town for our daughter’s swim meet in Buffalo, and this place made the trip even more special. The upstairs living room has absolutely amazing views of the lake, which we enjoyed every morning and evening.Even though we visited during the first week of April and the weather was cold, we still had a great time walking along the shore. One of the highlights was finding fossils right on the beach—it made us feel like kids again!The location is also fantastic, with Niagara Falls only about a 40-minute drive away, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay—beautiful home Tom was great very quick to respond with any questions, great location, and wonderful memories. We would definitely come back!

Visiting family in the Buffalo area

Overall it was a great stay, Tom was very informative and responded quickly. Beautiful view from the back porch, needs to clean up and have the roof fixed over the back porch. Comfortable furniture and plenty of space inside. Beach was rocky, it changes every year depending on the past weather, sometimes sandy, sometimes rocky. Being right on the water was perfect and close to family.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Lake View property on Beachwood Drive. The home was comfortable and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. There are two small but very adequate kitchens, which made it easy for our family to prepare meals and snacks without ever feeling cramped. The location is unbeatable. Being just steps from Lake Erie made morning views of the lake and evening sunsets and downtown Buffalo unforgettable. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, and we loved how close we were to local restaurants, shops, and the beach.The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. They provided clear instructions and helpful recommendations that made the whole experience seamless.Whether you’re looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat or a home base to explore the area, this is an excellent choice.
