Short walk to estuary swimming, or 20min walk to main beach. Boat ramp a couple of hundred meters away. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are in a newly renovated sleep out connected by the deck off the lounge/dining spaces with a storage room. This is very comfortable with new beds; the rooms are insulated each with a ranchslider to the outside. Gas fireplace in the lounge and outdoor fireplace to toast your marshmallows, or lounge by to enjoy the long summer evenings, or starry winter nights! There is a single mattress available and a double sofa bed in the lounge

Volleyball (or badminton) court, plenty of off street parking. Single level property recently refurbished with new kitchen and bathrooms etc.

For bookings from Feb 2026 ...Whilst we are can able to provide linen if enough notice is given, (this will incur an extra fee) Kiwi tradition asks people to please bring all your sheets, pillowcases, towels. Duvets and pillow suppled etc. If you require linen to be provided, please make a booking enquiry rather than a booking request, thank you!
