Stroll to the world-famous sandy shores of Brighton Beach from this stunning property, beautifully positioned opposite Brighton’s iconic Green Point, where you can stroll around the graceful gardens and marvel at the phenomenal views of Port Philip Bay, the Melbourne CBD and the legendary Brighton Bathing Boxes. The Brighton Beach Hotel is just a short 1 minute walk down the road with a bistro, sports bar and function area with spectacular views of the bay.

Excellently located with the Brighton Beach Train Station just 3-4 minutes’ walk away (250 metres), you can be right in the heart of the city within 20 minutes, and can stop at the many destinations along the way and enjoy the shops, restaurants and sights.

Apt 1 is located at the front of the house and may have some road noise, the driveway does go past this unit so you may occasially hear another guests coming in or out.

There is no closed fencing between the apts but a full perimeter fence around the property.

We have secure electric gates at the front and a tall fence for privacy.
