Ground Level: Outside you will find a carport that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Additional benefits include a cargo lift, fenced-in backyard, fire pit, spacious wood deck with a gas grill and an outdoor eating area, plus a porch swing for relaxing!

Mid Level: Enter the home from the front or back stairs located off of the carport. Before unloading, unwind and take a breather on the screened-in porch. Inside you will find an open floor plan and plenty of room for entertaining. The home features a great room that includes a smart TV, gas fireplace, beautiful hardwood floors, books/ games for all ages, and plenty of natural light throughout. A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a family-friendly dining room table that seats 6 is a chef's dream. After dinner, step outdoors to a covered deck and enjoy what Mother Nature has to offer. Located on this level, are 3 nice size bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a King bed, smart TV, DVD player, workspace, sizeable private bathroom with vanity, makeup area, and washer and dryer. Bedroom # 2 features a Double bed and a twin Day Bed with a TV. Bedroom # 3 hosts a Queen bed with covered deck access. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bathroom.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
