The rooms were clean and comfortable. The patios were nice to sit out on. The kitchen was wonderful with great amenities. The parking situation is just slightly difficult, but was made more so during our stay due to construction right outside. But other than that, the place itself is accessible and was perfect for our stay.

The penthouse was very nice. The views are beautiful. Parking was a thought process, but we ended up parking on Court St and just fed the meter if were there between 9-5. It was free during the night. It does say there are three bedrooms, but one of them doesn't have 1 wall, just a curtain for privacy. We made it work. The main bathroom is separated, with the toilet in its own room with the sink, and the bathtub/shower in a separate room with the washer and dryer. There is a 5" step up into the area for the washer and dryer and bathtub. There was a fire in the building the day before, and the whole suite smelled like smoke for our whole trip. Permiated our clothing and gave us headaches. We were busy with a project that brought us to town and didn't have 2000 to loose or more to spend on a couple casino rooms, so stayed. Tried to reach out to Evolve or IMDB, but have not heard back. The on site host is fantastic.

The location is fabulous. We went for the Hot August Nights car show and were within walking distance to many of the venues.

Great location

Enjoyed a mother & daughters trip to Reno's "Dancing in the Street" festival. This penthouse was the perfect location and was very comfortable for the 5 of us. We could walk everywhere and the view from the penthouse was beautiful along with all the amenities we needed! Great place to stay!

Issues with unit

I hate leaving negative reviews but our experience was not great. Views are lovely but the building has many issues. Unit is very dated with pieces of worn furniture. Heating/ac for unit is connected to whole building and we had smoke and marijuana smell coming into our unit for the whole stay. There is a standing ac unit to cool one of the king bedrooms and it was not sufficient. It was very hot to try to sleep. The “third” queen bedroom is a curtained off area that doesn’t feel private. You need to walk through the area to get to one of the bathrooms and king bedrooms. Overall the unit did not work for us and we would not stay or recommend it to anyone.

Epic view

First time to Reno and staying at the penthouse really brought it all together with incredible views of the city and surrounding foothills. Great location as well, minutes walk to all amenities. Don't forget to check out roof top for bonus views

Unfortunately

The view was amazing and it’s a great spot but unfortunately the elevator and hallway smelled like weed. The condo’s master (primary) bedroom smelled so bad like cigarette / cigar / marijuana smoke that you couldn’t sleep in there. We tried leaving the window open but that didn’t help. I’m not sure if it was coming from the condo next door or from the HVAC but I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Great views, lots of space

Kitchen could have been stocked a little better if you like to cook. Amazing views. Tons of space. Bedroom in the middle doesnt have tons of privacy (if you were planning on three couples) but worked great for us as we just put the kids in there. Nice place.

Really a nice place

The place is large and some of had to work, while others didn't but there was plenty of space for both. Very well stocked, beautiful View on all sides.

Everything was awesome except the parking

We loved this place, it's location, view, amenities, kitchen, etc. Only one issue, and it was known and identified ahead of time, the parking. Finding a place close by was difficult, and at some times, impossible. There was a map of parking places to use, which was helpful but still, these places were either not available or too far away to be convenient. Other than that, we love this place and would recommend it heartily with the parking caveat.

This property is conveniently located in the heart of downtown - lots of great restaurants and a park within walking distance. The owners were extremely accommodating and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again :)

Fantastic penthouse in a convenient central location

We came for a family wedding. My husband and I my niece and her young son. This is a really beautiful condo and so spacious! Comfortable king size bed in the master suite with unbelievable views we all enjoyed looking at the views in the Truckee river. Had some nice walks along the Truckee river, very close to excellent restaurants, within walking distance to the automobile, museum, and much more! I Brandon was very good to deal with. We requested a toaster oven and he brought it over the same day!
