Online check-in form: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.

Guest access Check-in Keys are collected from the Friendly Grocer in Broadbeach which is an 8 min walk from your apartment. 2719 Gold Coast Hwy, Broadbeach QLD 4218 Open from 6am to midnight 7 days a week. Check-in outside of these times is not available.
Carpark • One secure car park is included (2.2m height clearance)
House rules No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
A copy of your Government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.
No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs.
The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$250 fee for each lost set of keys.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, were here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover.
Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.

We loved the apartment even though I don’t like heights. Close to eateries, the beach, walking paths, transport and of course shopping centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful building, well designed, nice pool and Hot tub. Families definitely stay here. Our unit was just like the photos, no wear and tear at all. Had nice coffee and cooking basics. The balcony was nice with great views. I'd stay here again in a second. No complaints and we had a great time. All the restaurants and the beach a half block. Saw whales from the balcony which is nice.

Home away from home
An amazing property oozing comfort and style! Location was in perfect walking distance to beach, shops and cafes - everything we needed was pretty much at our doorstep. Communication with property manager was a breeze. Lot’s of small touches that made our stay easy. Loved it so much, we have rebooked.

A perfect luxury apartment on GC
If you are looking for a luxury apartment on Broadbeach in Gold Coast, this is your place. This centrally-located, corner two-bedroom apartment has magnificent views of the ocean. It's virtually new and impeccably supplied with everything you need for a hassle-free stay. Communication with Steve was excellent and detailed. Give yourself and your family a treat and stay here.

Fantastic
The apartment was beautiful. Had all the utensils, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans, cleaning products, personal items etc you would need. Such a great location - close to beach, shopping, restaurants and casino. The host was very friendly and left a lovely hamper which was very generous. I recommend this property to anyone. Hope to stay again soon. 10/10.
