It has over 150sqm of living space with both bathrooms fully renovated in 2021, and a huge walk in robe in the main bedroom. Sleeps 5. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in robe, brand new ensuite, balcony, and looks directly over the beach and ocean. Bedroom two has a king single bed plus a king single bunk to sleep three. Large 10 seater lounge, Samsung smart TV, renovated kitchen with brand new appliances, nespresso coffee machine, heaps of storage, and granite benchtop. Huge wrap around beachfront balcony with 8 seat balcony dining table sets this sub penthouse apart from the majority of other apartments in the building. Full unobstructed beach views front living room, kitchen and main bedroom. Free high speed internet, and in an iconic building with two heated swimming pools, spa, sauna, and tennis court, and only steps from the restaurants and vibe of Surfers. The property has two underground secure carparking spaces.

Beautiful property with a great view and perfect location. I only took off a star because the lockbox was very difficult to open, especially at night. I’m on the older side and the location of the lockbox and glare from the light made it difficult to.That being said I loved the property and location. Keep in mind there are no beach towels or beach chairs.

What an amazing view! 35th floor oceanfront for unbelievable views of the beach and the waves from a huge wrap around patio. Spacious with all the needed amenities especially the wonderful huge table on the patio, another huge dining table inside, very comfortable furniture, beds, great water pressure in the shower and full sized washer and dryer. We didn’t use the indoor or outdoor pool since we spent time in the waves on the beach. Elevator up to 35th floor where there is only one other unit and views over the water make the unit very private and felt like home. Great internet speed and bright and open living areas. Pay attention to details on how to access initially and to the parking but once you’re here, you’ll love it! Walkable to shops, restaurants, trams, beaches, entertainment zones and communication was timely and very clear. Grab it if it’s available!

Amazing experience

After enjoying NYE in Sydney, we flew to Brisbane and made our way to Surfers Paradise and it was a delight to arrive at this fantastic apartment. The place became our sanctuary after each day’s adventure. The view from the balcony was magnificent!
