Fire up the barbeque on the spacious deck or patio and enjoy al fresco dinners while watching the sunset paint the lake in vibrant hues. I live in the suite in the house as required by the West Kelowna bylaws for vacation rentals, so I’m close by if you have questions, but I always give guests their complete privacy. You will barely know I am here.

This place is absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, right next to so many wineries. The house is beautiful with a great layout for multiple families. The view is unbelievable from almost every room. It has multiple living rooms which is great when the kids are asleep. The pool is incredible, it’s heated and the kids spent hours in it every day, even on chilly days. The kitchen is fully stocked, all we had to bring was the food. There are beach towels, beach chairs and games available. The bathrooms have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, if you forgot some. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Teresa is an excellent host. She was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be coming back again!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful home in West Kelowna! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The pool was fantastic and the breathtaking panoramic views of Okanagan Lake made every morning and evening feel like a dream. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the patio, relaxing by the pool, or watching the sunset over the lake, the setting was simply spectacular.The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home.A special thank you to Teresa, who was an exceptional host. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warmth and hospitality made our experience even more memorable.We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway with stunning views in the Okanagan. Teresa’s West Kelowna home is fantastic! The front of the home overlooks the lake and the patio set is a wonderful place to start the morning. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with the pool and numerous spaces to sit in the shade or sun. Teresa even offered us vegetables from the garden! The home has 3 bedrooms beside each other and a 4th at the opposite end of the house. The separate bedroom stays much warmer than the rest of the house but with the fan I had no trouble sleeping. There is 1 bathroom and an ensuite in the room with the King sized bed. One living room has a vaulted ceiling and is very spacious with acomfortable, oversized couch that is great for movie watching on the large screen TV. That room overlooks the lake and has a beautiful view night or day. The other living room has a smaller set of chairs and love seat but is in the same room as the kitchen area with the other dining set. The kitchen is fantastic and has a huge island, lots of cupboards and counter space for prep. It is well stocked with numerous appliances, kitchen utensils, serving dishes etc. It had everything we needed. Teresa was an excellent host and very attentive but also gave us our privacy. She and her adorable, elderly dad live on the property but we never heard them. The neighbourhood is safe and great for walking down to the lake, close to a park for a gentle hike, and right up the road is Quail’s Gate Winery. This home is very comfortable and I would highly recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, located in a quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views over the lake. We especially enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, the large pool, and the completely private backyard, which made it the perfect place to relax.Without a doubt, this is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The owner was warm and welcoming, and even invited us to pick fresh produce from her garden—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable.We would gladly rent this home again the next time we return to Kelowna. Highly recommended!

Hi, I’m Teresa Lotoski, CPA, CA. I’ve lived in West Kelowna for 28 years and I love sharing this beautiful area with visitors. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me playing pickleball, enjoying the beach, visiting local wineries or reading on the deck.
Hosting is important to me, so I keep the place very clean and well stocked and I’m big on clear, friendly communication. I respect my guests’ privacy, but I’m always available by message or phone if you need anything during your stay.
I’m happy to share local tips on good restaurants, wineries, walking trails, and things to do in West Kelowna and the Okanagan. My goal is to make your stay comfortable, easy, and relaxing so you can just enjoy your time here.
