Havens 724! Fabulous View of the 11th Hole!

This 2BR/2BA Condo has a fabulous view of the Golf Course and will make your next visit to North Myrtle Beach unforgettable. This 2nd floor condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay and feel right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. It is an eat-in kitchen so there is plenty of room for dining. Relax in the spacious living room or hang out in the den area. The living room sofa has a sleeper if you need the additional sleeping space and a new recliner has been added as well for your comfort.

The primary suite is very spacious and has a Sleep Number King bed with its own ensuite bathroom. There is also a daybed in the primary bedroom if you need another bed for your family. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and there is another full bathroom in the hallway. There are large flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms so you can watch your favorite shows. There is also a laundry room off the kitchen with a brand new full size washer and dryer.

The balcony is perfect for having your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail which overlooks the 11th Hole of the Golf Course. This quiet community is great for families and golfers. The Havens has a great community pool that is walking distance away. Or you can take the free shuttle in the summer to the North Tower pool (with special pass) or to the beach access. The beach is only a couple of miles away so you can easily drive as well.

Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship golf courses or check out the many courses in the area. Ask us about tee times. Barefoot Landing is right down the street and has many restaurants, shops and attractions to enjoy. Check out The House of Blues, Duplin Winery, Alabama Theater or Lulu's! You will love the variety of places to go.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wish we could express how wonderful we enjoyed our stay here. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen,2 living rooms, washer and dryer. A little peace and quiet away from the beach. Only a free short shuttle ride to and from the beach. We had 3 different drivers and cannot say enough good things about them. Our place was only a 2-minute walk to a great pool if you were tired of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay at Barefoot Resort

We had a wonderful time and so happy that we stayed at Barefoot. The location was great and right outside Barefoot Landing, shopping (tanger) and grocery stores (Walmart, food lion etc)... and Starbucks!! The beach is also a 5-10 minute drive (Windy Hill Beach). Parking is tough, but after 5pm, it's free. Close to many attractions. The apartment itself was perfect for us. Mostly clean, spacious and had all the necessities. It could have used an extra deep cleaning but overall unit was very nice. Two smart TVs. Balcony felt private with a view of the golf course. Elevator was definitely a bonus. Salt water Pool is a very short walk from the unit and was very clean (my favorite). Residents were all very friendly/helpful. Management was EXCELLENT!! We had a small situation with our reservation and the management team was amazingly accommodating (thank you Janine). They were very organized and easy to work with. Garbage is located between Havens #11 and #12 (we didn't know and had to ask :). Would definitely stay again...you won't regret booking this unit!!
