Thanks for letting us know you enjoyed your stay, Claire! Cute, cozy and comfortable is exactly the vibe for which we strive. We’re very pleased that you were able to make use of the brand-new highchair. Please do stay with us again when you’re in the area! -Andrew
It was a welcoming, cozy stay! Everything was as advertised and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Our first night was during a winter storm warning and when I had a question regarding plowing, I had an answer right away and things were taken care just as they said. One minor detail that would have been nice to know ahead is that there were active mouse traps and the water runs really hot. As a dog owner and parent of younger kids, I would appreciate the heads up, but it certainly wouldn't prevent me from booking again - which I would!

The two of us stayed at your rental for a getaway. Bob deer hunts in Wi and we like to scout the area. Lots of memories as he has hunted there for over 50 years. Your place was perfect for us. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice and peaceful. Beautiful wearher also.

You can tell someone put some serious thought into what makes guests comfortable in this rental. The property was super clean, well maintained and had every convenience I could have asked for. The patio area and is great too. Comfortable chairs, a grill and fire pit. We were even able to see a small buck walking through the adjacent field. Highly recommended and will definitely book if I’m in the area again.

Jodi , thank you for this wonderful review! We're glad that the property fit your needs so well. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to your return.
Cozy place. Hyper clean. Location couldn’t be better for town access. Our host made everything easy to navigate. House rules were simple an, made for an easy stay. We stay up here several times a year for all activities. Usually with friends. Sometimes it’s just nice to have your own space. The Lighthouse is perfect for that. We’ll definitely stay here again. Looking forward to the upstairs project so, we can bring our whole clan!

Michael, We so appreciate your mention of how clean our caretakers keep Lighthouse. You left the home very tidy, so thank you for that! We'd love to have you make our space yours again for future visits. Summer and fall are glorious here and great for family gatherings around the firepit out back!
Absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t believe our eyes when we walked in. It was home sweet home. Neat and clean accommodations. We made breakfast and dinner every day. Everything we needed was there. We didn’t want to leave. We will go back next summer for sure. Having a place like this to stay on your vacation is like a dream come true. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for everything you did to this place to make it so so special.
Hopefully we will back at this place next year.

We are delighted that you felt right at home and found all the kitchenware you needed to make many meals during your 6-night stay. Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm for the way we’ve chosen to reimagine this former church fellowship hall. It’s hard for even us to believe that the bathroom area was once the coal room! We can’t wait for you to return next year. You were great guests who are welcome back any time! - Kirk and Laura
